The Great Exchange

Peace and joy.

These are My constant gifts to you. I am doing a healing work from the inside out! Trust that I am healing you internally and it will flow to outward healing as well. This deposit of peace and joy will be the new normal for you. You will be able to quiet yourself as you come into the secret place and drink deeply of My living water — water that restores your soul. There you will hunger and thirst no more!

I am doing a great exchange in you as you sit quietly in My Presence in these days to come; even as Mary sat at My feet. I am doing a metamorphosis in you. Surely I am taking you from the caterpillar struggling to survive and transforming you into a beautiful butterfly who will spread her wings and fly! You will soar above life’s problems and difficulties as you sit in the secret place. In My Presence I will saturate and equip you. It will change you from the inside out! My beauty and peace will flow out of you as naturally as breathing, and you will be able to expand this gift to others.

I am breaking off shame, fear, and condemnation in you. I am depositing fresh oil — My joy — along with strength, faith, and love. I can restore your joy that the enemy had once robbed.

I am giving you a double portion. It’s pay back time! You will laugh with Me. We will run, leap, and rejoice together. We will ascend to new heights together — together we will soar! Wherever you set foot, that land will be yours (Deuteronomy 11:24), and JOY EVERLASTING will be your portion!

A Shift Has Occurred

“…Do not be afraid. Some time ago you decided to get understanding and to humble yourself before your God. Since that time God has listened to you, and I have come because of your prayers.” [Daniel 10:12 (NCV)]

“Mark this day as a turning point. The peace you are sensing is real, and it is My peace,” says the LORD.

“I have heard your cry and I am delivering you,” says the LORD. “I am sending My angelic hosts to help you and to strengthen you. I have heard your cry for help — the day you prayed — but like Daniel, there was war in the heavenly realms. There will be no more delay. I am working on your behalf even now! Fear not! The LORD your God is with you and mighty in your midst.”

“Two Copper Pennies and Some Oil”

**NOTE: Hello everyone! This is a word that the Lord gave my eleven year old daughter a few days ago during her prayer and journaling time. I pray it blesses you as much as it has me. –Angie**

When all we have left is ourselves, give it up to God.

Have you ever been in a strategic season of waiting? A time when all you can do is cling to God with the tiniest sliver of hope that He’ll bring you out of the pit of desperation? Desperation for God to answer; desperation for a change? Waiting in God’s still and peaceful presence is the best thing you can do to have your little “escape time” from life’s hectic situations. When you take time out of your day to relax from life’s unpredictable and unbearable situations, it refreshes your soul with God’s unfailing love and not life’s stressful ways. This also makes God so pleased that during this lopsided path He is carefully guiding you through you still make the decision of wholeheartedly serving Him. You are clinging to Him desperately with faith smaller than a mustard seed and He will not let you slip. He is holding on to you even when you don’t feel His grasp. When we have nothing left, humbly give ourselves to God. We feel like poor widow who sacrificed her two copper coins to the offering. We feel like the dying woman who diligently offered her last pot of oil to Elijah; the prophet of Jehovah Jireh, Elohim! We solemnly surrender to Jesus, our loving personal savior. Then He reveals to us that the widow gave more than all of the offering in the bucket combined; for she gave out of everything she had, rather than a portion in abundance. And the poor lady and her son did not die from hunger because she diligently obeyed the servant of the most High God, and got blessed with and overflow of oil. If you are in a strategic season of waiting for a change, have hope. God hears your desperate cry and he won’t rebuke you!

“I am well pleased with you. This is where I desire you to live — submitted to Me and My ways; yielded in one hundred percent surrender. Your life has been hard, so it is hard for you to trust. Still, I am teaching you the joy and beauty of releasing and surrendering everything into my sovereign control. I can take care of you so much better than you can take care of yourself. I know what you need even more than you do, and I deserve to bless you — not harm you — more than you can possibly imagine. Trust My plan and My ways even if you don’t understand them. You can still trust and rest in My goodness.

“I can take any event or circumstance in your life and weave good and beauty into it when it is released to Me. I want you to know that your heavenly Father loves you and is so very pleased with you. You see the times you fall and condemn yourself, but I don’t. I see how you are trying. I see that even when you slip your heart is tender towards me, and you get right back up and keep running the race. Your heart and the posture of it means so much to Me.

“Truly you are growing in leaps and bounds in this season. Though it is very difficult to your flesh, you don’t see or perceive as I do, for My thoughts and My ways are higher. Know that you are doing well, My child. Keep running your race. There is beauty just around the bend. Death will soon give way to abundant life. Your hard season — this season of labor, travail, and birthing — is about ready to yield a great harvest. You and your seed (your children) are generational. You are leaving a magnificent legacy and even the seemingly small things that you are sowing into them matters. Keep up the good work. I’m proud of you.

“‘Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you’ [Isaiah 60:1]

“Don’t quit; keep pressing. Breakthrough is at hand. The hour is now!

“I love you. You can trust that My plan for you and your family is good. Trust me,” says the Lord.
