Streams in the Desert

Well done, My good and faithful servant. I am pleased with you and how you have continued to posture your heart towards Me as you have walked through the refiner’s fire, the stretching, and this season of testing. You have continued to stand, to trust Me, and keep your heart soft and pliable. I love you, and I am surely working all things in your life together for good (Romans 8:28). I am training and teaching you to depend and rely solely on Me as your everlasting source. I am faithful and trustworthy. I care about every detail of your life, big and small things alike. Nothing escapes My notice. I am working even in the stillness, what seems to be a desert season. I am doing much work beneath the surface, deep inside your inward self, and soon it shall spring forth.

“Behold, I will do something new,
Now it will spring forth;
Will you not be aware of it?
I will even make a roadway in the wilderness,
Rivers in the desert.”

Isaiah 43:19

Continue to look to Me, and don’t be buffered by the winds and waves. I’ve got you. I am your strength and shield. I am fighting for you. The Lord your God who goes before you will Himself fight on your behalf” (Deut. 1:30). I surround you with songs of deliverance (Psalm 32:7).

You will soon see victory on every front. I am your protector, your deliverer, your all in all. I am your all sufficient God! Those who put their hope in Me will not be disappointed.

“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. “Arise, Jerusalem! Let your light shine for all to see.”

Isaiah 60:1

  1. Hi Angie,
    I wondered if you owned the rights to this image and if so, if I could use it to make a gift for a friend with Isaiah 43:19 written on it. I will not claim the photo as my own or make anything to sell with it. Please let me know. Thanks.

    • Hi Joyce,

      We find our photos from search engines that are available to the public. I do not own them in any way, so you are free to use it. Thank you for asking, God bless!
