The Treasure Within

You are a unique and rare treasure, set apart for God Himself. You will be “a vessel for honor, sanctified, useful to the Master, prepared for every good work” (2 Timothy 2:21).

God knows you and understands you even better than you know yourself. “He Himself bore our sicknesses, and He carried our pains …” (Isaiah 54:3). At times, man will misunderstand your heart and motives. Though this can be painful, stay on course and stick to the path that God has called you to. The Lord knows you fully and loves you completely. “… For man looks at the outward appearance, but God looks at the heart” (1 Samuel 16:7).

You are such  a delight to your Father’s heart. You’re the apple of His eye; He loves you, even in your weakness. “You are altogether beautiful, my darling; there is no flaw in you” (Song of Solomon 4:7).

Keep shining for Him, walking in the unique and specific purposes that He’s called you to. Don’t compare yourself to anyone else. Nothing you have to give is too small when done as unto the Lord. “And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones who is my disciple, truly I tell you, that person will certainly not lose their reward” (Matthew 10:42).

He loves you so much. The Lord takes great delight in you. You’re a treasure – a child of the King. You’re far more valuable than rubies. “… The King is enthralled by your beauty; honor him, for he is your Lord” (Psalm 45:11).

“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers,  neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:38-39).
