Trust Me In Transition

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. | John 14:27

Fear not during this time of great transition, for I am with you.

Often it feels as though things are falling apart, but in reality, they are falling into place by My divine ordering. The enemy seeks to bombard your mind with doubt and fear, but I tell you, “Peace! Be Still!” Let My peace guard your heart and mind. Keep your gaze locked upon me. I will bring My perfect order, even amidst the chaos.

Continue to walk forward, one step at a time, trusting My leading. It is during these times of transition that you need to trust Me more than ever before. Know that I am in control; you can trust Me. The One who was faithful in the past will continue to be faithful, now and forevermore!

Launch Out Into the Deep

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand” | Isaiah 41:10

Recently, I have been seeing a picture replaying over and over in my mind’s eye. The picture is of Jesus and I. We were swimming together in  a body of water, and He is swimming alongside me, holding my hand and leading me out into the deep. I am unafraid, even though the waters are unfamiliar. All is well because He is at my side, guiding me and protecting me. He reminds me, “When you go through deep waters, I will be with you” (Isaiah 43:2).

I believe that Jesus is telling us in this season, “Be willing to forsake that which is comfortable and familiar, because you are going to be headed towards uncharted waters. Yet I tell you, fear not, because I am with you.”

I am reminded of the story where Jesus’ disciples had been fishing all night without catching anything. By morning, they were weary, after they had toiled late into the evening. Nevertheless, they honored Jesus’ command and obeyed Him when He said to cast their nets again (John 21:6). In this coming season, a lot of what we will be entering into will be new and different from anything we have previously known or experienced. However, God knows exactly where He’s leading us and where our provisions will come from, just like he provided the disciples with an abundance of fish.

It is at His word that we will hear, obey, and see the miraculous manifest of the Lord.

The Lord is not a God of lack, and His children will never have to beg for bread. As we continue to abide in a place of intimacy with the Father and turn our ear to His voice, I believe that He will honor our obedience and show us riches and treasures stored in secret places (Isaiah 45:3). It is the Father’s good pleasure to give us, His children, the Kingdom (Luke 12:32).  We will be blessed not only for ourselves, but so that we can help others in need. “If you pour yourselves out on behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday” (Isaiah 58:10).

It is time to stop lingering at the shore and at the familiarity of our comfort zones. Now is the time to follow His leading and venture out into the deep; where He leads us is the safest place to be. Launch out into the deep; cast your nets into the waters, and get ready to see how the Lord will move!

Grace to Love Deeply

“You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.” | Matthew 5:43-44

Do not be surprised by the fiery darts that seem to have come against you, for you wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). Be rest assured that you are highly protected and highly favored by MeNever take your own revenge, beloved, but leave room for the wrath of God, for it is written, “VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY,” says the Lord (Romans 12:19).

I give grace to the humble, but resists the proud (James 4:6). Resist the urge to defend yourself when false accusations and assumptions are made against you. Allow Me to be your Defender and your Vindicator. My Son made Himself of no reputation; He was despised and rejected of men (Isaiah 53:3). In the same way, when you are percuted for My sake, rejoice, for great will be your reward in heaven (Matthew 5:11-12). By loving and blessing those who speak out against you, you are, in turn, advancing My Kingdom.

I am enlarging your capacity to love on a deeper and greater level. It is easy to love those who do good to you, but as you pour out and sow into those who are more difficult to love, you are bringing Me glory. I will honor you as you grow in maturity and begin to step out in love.

I am conforming you into My image and likeness, and the world will know you by your love (John 13:35).

Living Water

“As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God.” | Psalm 42:1

Today I say to you, drink from My well; drink freely of My living water.

“Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the waters; and you who have no money, come, buy and eat” (Isaiah 55:1). For only I can fill the deep aching inside of you. Do you need peace? Joy? Strength? I have an endless supply of all these, and I hold nothing back from you. It is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom (Luke 12:32).

Your desire for more of Me and for more of My presence pleases My heart. You can have as much of Me as you desire. Allow Me to revive and refresh you in My presence; it is here that you will receive the strength to keep going. I will never turn you away. You are not a burden to Me, My dear beloved.

I know that you are weary from the battle. I’ve seen your tears, and My ears have not been deaf to your cries. Come and be refreshed this day. How I love our time together. Allow Me to rejuvenate you and bring you peace, for My fountain will never run dry.

A Word for the Weary

He gives strength to the weary, and to him who lacks might He increases power. Though youths grow weary and tired, and vigorous young men stumble badly, yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary. | Isaiah 20:29-31

The Lord’s heart of compassion is with those who have been feeling weary in this season. Strength will rise as you continue to to wait upon Him. Keep praising the Lord, continually pressing into Him.  This battle is not yours, but your Heavenly Father’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). “The Lord your God is in your midst, A victorious warrior. He will exult over you with joy, He will be quiet in His love, He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy” (Zephaniah 3:17).

As you praise Him, you are be strengthened in your inner man, overcoming the darts of the enemy and taking ground. The Lord is making you strong, even in the areas where you feel the weakest. God’s grace is sufficient for you, for His power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Continue to give the Lord the sacrifice of your praise, for He is worthy of it all! “The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise” (Psalm 51:17).

Often, God is working behind the scenes in our lives when we least feel like it, but know that the Lord is fighting for you. The battle you are facing belongs to the Lord. As you continue to enter into His rest, regarding that which concerns you, anxiety and the spirit of unrest will begin to lose power. Instead, you will be strengthened by the power of His might!

“The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet” (Romans 16:20). He will perfect that which concerns you (Psalm 138:8), and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

A Season of Acceleration

Ezekiel 37:1-10

The hand of the Lord was on me, and he brought me out by the Spirit of the Lord and set me in the middle of a valley; it was full of bones. He led me back and forth among them, and I saw a great many bones on the floor of the valley, bones that were very dry. He asked me, “Son of man, can these bones live?”

I said, “Sovereign Lord, you alone know.”

Then he said to me, “Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the Lord! This is what the Sovereign Lord says to these bones: I will make breath enter you, and you will come to life. I will attach tendons to you and make flesh come upon you and cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will know that I am the Lord.’”

So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I was prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone to bone. I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them, but there was no breath in them.

Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Come, breath, from the four winds and breathe into these slain, that they may live.’” So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet—a vast army.

I am accelerating the things in your life that have once seemed to be dormant for years. The fresh wind of My Spirit is blowing over you even now! Come into agreement with My promises over your life and prophesy to the dry bones (Ezekiel 37:4).

Like Ruth had found favor with Boaz, so have you found favor in My sight. What has taken others years to attain I will do for you in what seems like a moment, for you have kept My word and remained faithful. Know that I am moving swiftly and working on your behalf!

Expect a divine turnaround. There will be no more delays! To every thing there is a season, and a time to purpose under the heaven (Ecclesiastes 3:1). This is your time and your season of harvest, declares the Lord.

New Mercy For Today

The Lord’s loving kindness never ceases, His compassion never fails. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness. | Lamentations 3:22-23

My mercy and grace are new every morning, My beloved. The enemy would seek to have you wallow in the regrets and mistakes of yesterday, for he is the accuser of the brethren. Yet, if you have confessed your sins to Me, I am faithful and just to forgive you (1 John 1:9).

“Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the LORD. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow” | Isaiah 1:18

Chasing the sun - running barefoot on the meadow, wild and free. Feeling that summer breeze on my skin. Breathing in every moment and wishing that this feeling lasts forever.:

Let us journey in this brand new day together. I have much for you, and My loving thoughts towards you are always good. I don’t give My heart in pieces like people do; their love is flawed, but your Heavenly Father’s love is perfect. I love you for who you are, not how well you may perform. Man looks at the outward appearance, but I look at your heart (1 Samuel 16:7).

Your vulnerability and your heart to please the Lord moves Me. You have stolen my heart, my sister, my bride; you have stolen my heart with one glance of your eyes (Song of Songs 4:9).

I love you, even in your weakness, My precious child. You are the apple of My eye, clothed in royalty and righteousness. Walk forward in this new day, knowing that you are highly esteemed, highly valued, and secure in your Father’s love.
