Today I heard the Lord say that 2017 will be the year that He cuts the umbilical cord. As I pondered this statement further, I began to feel the Lord say to me, “This will be the year that I free you from unhealthy attachments. I am removing hindering soul ties, and I will cut away anyone or anything that you have placed security in, other than Myself. In this season, I will open doors for you that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), and I will seal shut doors of wounding that no man can reopen. I am opening doors of restoration, as I begin healing the deep wounds of the soul, and releasing you from the fear of man’s opinions.
“You will experience great freedom this year, as I am healing your soul. It is written in 3 John 1:2, ‘Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.’ Many who have experienced physical aliments for years will find their healing break forth speedily (Isaiah 58:8), because I am healing the root cause of those issues. As your soul is healed, your body will also experience physical healing. There will be a release of the stress that had once hindered you from drawing nearer to Me, and I will in return bless you with My joy! Laughter is My good medicine (Proverbs 17:22), and soon, new rivers of living water will begin to flow out of your belly (John 7:38). Yes, the joy of the Lord will be your strength (Psalm 28:7)!
“2016 was a year of deep pruning. Allow Me to continue cutting away and removing the last of the debris: the things that have been clogging you up and blocking the pure flow of what I am desiring to release through you. Deep healing is coming, as you have trusted Me through the process and have even said in your heart, ‘Though He slays me, I will trust in the Lord’ (Job 13:15). Take heart; weeping may endure a night, but My sweet joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5). As you continue to surrender to Me, you will know a new joy and peace that will overtake you!
“Prepare to soar this year, as your wings are no longer tied up. You will fly to new heights 
with Me, unhindered and completely free. People will be amazed at the places I take you and by all that I will do through you, My yielded vessel. No eye has seen, no ear has heard what I have prepared for those who love Me (1 Corinthians 2:9).
“Get ready, My Beloved. You were truly born for such a time as this!“
This Word from our Heavenly Father spoke to me so vividly. It is also on one accord with what others are literally saying in this hour. When God repeats Himself through two or three witnesses, He means what He is saying. Hallelujah!!! This My Time! In the Lord!

Every single word applied to me. My circumstances, my prayers, the impressions and things I believe God has previously shared with me. All of it. I am sure I am not alone that this is only for me but it is my story and I am holding on to it. This was such a timely word.
In my last comment I meant to say I am sure this is NOT only for me but it sure applies to me from beginning to end.
