I Am Perfecting That Which Concerns You

“The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O Lord, endureth forever …” | Psalm 138:8 (KJV)

I am taking care of you, My precious child. Look not to what you see in the natural, nor be dismayed by it. I urge you, beloved, to look at and declare what you know to be true: I am a good, good Father. If you ask Me for bread, I will not give you a stone. As it is written, “Which of you, if your son asks for bread, will give him a stone?  Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake?  If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him” (Matthew 7:9-11).

I care about every detail of your life, even as I’m aware of the very number of hairs on your head (Luke 12:7). I am intimately acquainted with you. Know that I am your faithful God, and I will keep that which you have committed to Me. Be rest assured that I am perfecting that which concerns you. I will keep you in perfect peace as your mind stays focused on Me. Yes, keep your eyes locked on Me, My precious child, and do not become distracted by the winds and the waves. I am faithful, always!

The Victorious Bride

I am revealing the heart I have for My bride in this season. Listen, I am sounding the alarm, saying, “Wake up, sleeper! Rise!” (Ephesians 5:14). I am calling My precious bride forth from her place of complacency and slumber. I am calling her to arise, shine, and to be the victorious bride that I have called her to be.

I am beckoning My beloved to return to her first Love. For too long, My bride has been living below her potential, and she has become battle weary. Yet even in this hour, I am calling her forth. She will arise, she will shine; she will move forward radiant and stronger than ever before, and her countenance shall reflect the glory of her Bridegroom. Yes, My beloved will delight greatly in the Lord; her soul rejoices in God. For I have clothed her with garments of salvation and arrayed her in a robe of his righteousness, as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels (Scripture reference: Isaiah 61:10).

I will allow My bride to live victoriously; I will teach her hands to war. She will dance upon injustice, and she will not fear in the days of trouble, for My bride is protected, favored, and honored by Me.

Like a husband who is jealous for his bride, so I am jealous over her—I am jealous over you.

I will lead you out of the wilderness, for My banner over you is love. Your trials have been your teachers, and now I will cause you to rise from the ashes. I will wipe away all of your tears.

You are the head, not the tail; you are above, not beneath (Deuteronomy 28:13). You shall prosper in all of your ways, having no fear in seasons of drought, for your Bridegroom will cause you to flourish!

Like a treasure, you have been hidden away. Now I will cause you to come into full bloom, like a well watered garden. My oil and anointing will drip from you as you come out of hiding and that place of obscurity. You will be on display, reflecting Me, for My glory and fame. My dear bride, you will be radiant. I am causing My justice to manifest in your life. You will rejoice and sing; you will be found coming up out of the wilderness, leaning on your Beloved (Song of Songs 8:5).

Oh, how I love you, My bride! Hear the song of love that I sing over you. “The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing” (Zephaniah 3:17).

Full Bloom: A Season of Promises Being Fulfilled

The desert and the parched land will be glad;
the wilderness will rejoice and blossom.
Like the crocus, it will burst into bloom;
it will rejoice greatly and shout for joy. | Isaiah 35:1-2

I was driving down the road with the car windows rolled down yesterday, enjoying the warmth of the 70 degree temps we have been blessed with in mid-February. I loved feeling the sun’s warm rays radiate onto my skin, especially after experiencing the typical, winter-like conditions only weeks prior. As I felt the gentle breeze, I was encouraged to start thanking God for the beautiful, spring-like weather and the gorgeous day that He had made.

Before I could even finish my own thoughts, I heard the Lord say to me the phrase, “Full bloom.” As I began to ponder on those words further, He continued to speak to me, saying, “Even in the natural realm, as you are drawing near to the season of spring, so it also is in the spiritual realm. The long, hard winter is about to break, and springtime is nearly here. A season of singing and rejoicing is upon you! My promises are about to manifest in your life, and they are going to come into full bloom. That which you have been contending for is at your doorstep!”

I then began to feel the goodness of God well up inside of my spirit. I sensed His heart of encouragement being extended toward those who have been living in what feels like a ‘dark night of the soul,’ as they have been trying desperately to get through the long, hard, winter seasons of life. Yet be encouraged; know that the earth is beginning to thaw, and the hard ground is being broken up. The birds are singing, and the Sun [yes, the Son!] of Righteousness is arising on your behalf with healing in His wings (Malachi 4:2). Though weeping may endure for a night, His joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5).

Take heart, O weary ones! We serve a good, good Father. You are about to encounter the Lord’s goodness in ways you have not yet experienced, and you will find your song again.

A “Kairos” Season is Emerging

This is going to be a time of destinies being fulfilled. God is bringing forth His divine alignment to circumstances and situations in your life that have needed a proper adjustment. I truly believe that the Lord is also going to orchestrate divine connections within your life—connections with people who will partner alongside you and help carry out your God-given visions and that which the Lord has placed inside your heart.

I sense that the Lord is going to open wombs of those who have been desiring children. To the ones who have been given little to no hope in the natural: you will soon experience God’s suddenness! “Sing, barren woman, you who never bore a child; burst into song, shout for joy!” (Isaiah 54:1).

I also sense that the Lord wants to encourage those who have been longing and diligently praying to find a spouse. You are about to come into that kairos moment: the right or opportune moment; the supreme moment. Even as you have delighted yourself in the Lord, He will give you the desires of your heart (Psalm 37:4).

We say “Yes” and “Amen” to the will of the Lord!

Scribes and Psalmists, Rise Up!

“The Sovereign Lord has given me a well-instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being instructed” (Isaiah 50:4).

In this season, God is calling forth the scribes of His heart—those who have been carrying His treasures of wisdom and revelation from on high—and they are about to give birth to something even greater than themselves. I see pens on fire, and manuscripts are coming forth!

The Lord has been watering that which has been hidden away inside of you, and it is about ready to come into full bloom. Like a mighty, rushing river, that which the Lord has been cultivating inside of you will suddenly come forth. I hear the Father saying, “Encourage the scribes of My heart. Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much (Luke 16:10). These ones have been faithful to release and speak what I have given them, and I am going to accelerate and release even more through them for My glory! You will write, write, and write some more! The words I give you will be Spirit and life; they will penetrate hearts and set the captives free,” says the Lord of Hosts.

“My heart is stirred by a noble theme, as I recite my verses for the king; my tongue is the pen of a skillful writer” (Psalm 45:1). I see new songs being birthed. God is releasing and calling forth the psalmists in this hour, especially in the younger generation. Fresh fire is falling upon those who have hearts to worship, and new songs are going to be released upon them.

He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the Lord and put their trust in him. Blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, who does not look to the proud, to those who turn aside to false gods. Many, Lord my God, are the wonders you have done, the things you planned for us. None can compare with you; were I to speak and tell of your deeds, they would be too many to declare. Sacrifice and offering you did not desire—but my ears you have opened … (Psalm 40:3-6).

Fulfillment is NOW

It is the Lord’s desire to encourage those who have been experiencing hope deferred and those who have become battle weary. Dust off the promises and prophetic words that have been spoken over your life; pick up the truths that you have “put on the shelf.” That which had seemingly been dormant is about ready to burst forth with new life! This is a season of seeing His promises being fulfilled in your life.

So much has been happening underneath the surface, and your Father has been working behind the scenes. You will soon see the manifestation of the Lord! The winter has past, and the spring has come! Yes, you will see and know the goodness of God in the land of the living.

See! The winter is past; the rains are over and gone. Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come, the cooing of doves is heard in our land. | Song of Songs 2:11-12

Beyond the Shore

“As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God.” | Psalm 42:1

The Lord is stirring a great hunger in this hour. He says, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled” (Matthew 5:6). The Lord is inviting us to have deeper encounters with His heart. He is calling forth His bride into a greater depth of intimacy that she has not previously known or experienced before:

“My beloved spoke and said to me, ‘Arise, my darling, my beautiful one, come with me. See! The winter is past; the rains are over and gone. Flowers appear on the earth; the season of singing has come, the cooing of doves is heard in our land. The fig tree forms its early fruit; the blossoming vines spread their fragrance. Arise, come, my darling; my beautiful one, come with me‘” (Song of Songs 2:10-13).

As we continue to pursue our Bridegroom—our first Love—and say no to the distractions that would seek to take our eyes off of Him, we will find ourselves to be like Mary. We will be fully satisfied sitting at the feet of Jesus, pouring out our love upon Him. I sense that Jesus’ heart is to woo His bride, even amidst the noise. Choose the better thing: to abide in the secret place. Allow yourself to be fully known by Him. It is in this place that you will be fully satisfied. “Better is one day in your courts, than a thousand elsewhere …” (Psalm 84:10).

As we continue to abide in His presence, we will be changed from the inside out. The Lord is calling us out into the deeper waters, beyond the shore and the places where we feel safe. He is beckoning us, longing for us to know that where He leads is truly the safest place to be.

I believe that supernatural encounters are in store for those who choose to come away into that deeper place of intimacy with Him. The Lord breaking bondages; chains of fear, insecurity, and anxiety are being broken, and the captives are being set free! I see prison doors being swung open, and those who were once bound are walking out—unhindered, and completely free. Listen to the Chain-breaker saying, “Take off those grave clothes and put on your new robes, the robes I have given you!”

I delight greatly in the Lordmy soul rejoices in my God. For he has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of his righteousness, as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels (Isaiah 61:10).

A great exchange is taking place, as we bravely follow where He is leading us. His strength is being perfected, even in our weakness. Allow the Lord to do a deep work in you, as He has been doing a deep heart surgery on many. We serve a gentle God. He is so skilled and precise; He knows what we need before we even say a word. For “He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus” (Philippians 1:6).

God is fanning the embers into a burning flame; hearts are being awakened with a holy hunger and a burning passion for His Name.  These ones will be lovers of His presence! Continue to pursue Him and seek Him like a hidden treasure. As you do, you will be transformed and filled with His peace and joy. “But if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul” (Deuteronomy 4:29).

The Fully Devoted Bride

Go and proclaim in the hearing of Jerusalem: “This is what the LORD says: ‘I remember the devotion of your youth, how as a bride you loved me and followed me through the wilderness, through a land not sown.'” | Jeremiah 2:2

My Bride, I am calling you forth in this hour to be fully surrendered and devoted to My purposes. I am calling you to return back to your first love. Forsake that which is familiar to you, and be willing to follow where I lead. Trust the heart of your Bridegroom, even when the path before you appears dimly lit. I know what is best for you, and I will guide you gently through the many twists and turns that we will encounter along the way. Do not look back! I will lead you onward, through the toil and tare. Walk forward, and continue to follow where I lead you.

I am bringing you to a higher place with Me, and you will know and walk in the authority that I have given you. I am calling you to awake from a place of slumber and make Me your highest priority. Go past the outer courts and into My chambers; I am calling you to a place of intimacy. Come away with Me, My love. I am calling you, I am wooing you. I am bringing you to that higher place with Me. In this place you will receive wisdom and revelation. Yes, as you abide in My presence, in the secret place, I will show you great and mighty things you do not know (Jeremiah 33:3).

Indeed, you have been through an intense season of preparation. It is time to rise up and become all that I have created you to be. As you continue to abide in Me, you will be changed into My very likeness. You will be My fully devoted, beautiful Bride.

Undisturbed Places of Rest

“My people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest.” | Isaiah 32:18

As I sat quietly in the Lord’s presence, reading His Word, He began to highlight Isaiah 32:18 to my spirit. I believe that many have been in a season of prolonged turbulence, anxiety, and lack of peace. However, I sense the Lord’s heart to encourage us during this time. Even as it says in Isaiah 32:18, He wants us to be secure in knowing that we will live in peaceful dwelling places and undisturbed places of rest. As children of the living God, His peace is our portion!

The enemy has sought to come in like a flood through various circumstances in your life, as he has tried to steal your peace. Yet be encouraged, because the spirit of God is now raising up a standard against him. Listen, as the Lord is saying, “Return to your fortress, you prisoners of hope; even now I announce that I will restore twice as much to you” (Zechariah 9:12). Prophecy life and hope to the very areas that the enemy has sought to kill, steal and destroy, for we serve the God of restoration!

I sense that hope is rising even now, and relationships, health, and finances are going to be restored. The Father has not been blind to your tears, nor deaf to your cries. The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; He delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all (Psalm 34:17-19).

Be encouraged! Much has been happening in the unseen realm. Like a seed that had seemed to be dormant underground, the Father has been tenderly cultivating you. He has been watering you and tending to your needs; He knows just how much heat and wind you are able to withstand. Much growth has been taking place, just like a germinating seed, and new life shall soon spring forth!

The desert and the parched land will be glad;
the wilderness will rejoice and blossom.
Like the crocus, it will burst into bloom;
it will rejoice greatly and shout for joy (Isaiah 35:1-2).

Our God is the God of “suddenlies” and surprises. Just as a flower suddenly bursts into full bloom, so it shall be with you. You will arise and come forth out of the ashes, and His glory will rise on you! The Lord is restoring peace today, and He is bringing you into a place of rest.

Lord, you alone are my portion and my cup; you make my lot secure. The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance (Psalm 16:5-6).

The Sound of Singing Will Be Heard in America Again!

The Lord will surely comfort Zion
and will look with compassion on all her ruins;
He will make her deserts like Eden,
her wastelands like the garden of the Lord.
Joy and gladness will be found in her,
thanksgiving and the sound of singing. | Isaiah 51:3

I sense the Lord’s heart of compassion towards America in this hour. I believe that He is saying that even amidst the division and chaos that this nation is currently experiencing, He is looking at us with such tenderness. The Lord is declaring that He will look with compassion on all of our ruins, bring beauty once again, and make the dry places like His garden. Take heart, and know that even amidst the great shaking we feel, God is hovering over our land—this great nation—and His mercy and favor is being extended towards us.

People of God, keep interceding! Pray for our President and for those who are in authority over us. They have been appointed by the Lord in this hour. “Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God” (Romans 13:1).The Lord is strongly urging us, as the body of Christ, to come together like never before and support our authority figures in prayer and intercession … for “the prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective” (James 5:16).

I also sense an urgency to pray for God’s plans and purposes for America to be firmly established. When the enemy seeks to come in like a flood, the Lord will raise up a standard against him. Continue to stand firm in prayer, even if you do not have words to say. “We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God” (Romans 8:26-27).

America truly has a great destiny. Pray for God’s protection over the White House, and declare that the enemy’s plans against it will be thwarted. No weapon formed shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), for the angels of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him.

There will be even more shaking in the days to come. However, even in this time of great shaking and transition, we—as a nation and as children of the Most High—have nothing to fear. Let us continue to abide in the Lord and trust Him, “For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless. Lord Almighty, blessed is the one who trusts in you” (Psalm 84:11-12).

While it is good to be informed and not become ignorant as to what is going in the world around us, many are continuing to set their eyes and ears on the news, reporters, and social media. As we have done this, fear and anxiety have found a way to trickle into our lives. It is important that in this hour we be alert and do not get lulled back to sleep or become distracted by those things that clamor for our attention. Refuse to be moved by what you see in the natural realm, for “faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see” (Hebrews 11:1).

We need to make His presence our highest priority once again. God is calling us, above all, to set our eyes on Him and His Word, speaking and declaring our Father’s promises over our lives and over our country.

The Lord is reminding us that we need to guard our hearts over the spirit of offence. How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity (Psalm 133:1). He is calling us together to come back into a place of love and unity. We can have different opinions without division.

People of God: keep pressing into the Lord’s heart. Stay alert, and let hope arise. Things will settle down, and order and peace will be restored. Agree with the report of the Lord, not the negative news of this world, for the sound of singing will be heard again in America.

Hear the Call of the Bridegroom

The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” | Revelation 22:17

Do not try to push away, nor try to distract yourself, from the restlessness that you are experiencing. I am stirring you; I am beckoning you, My love. My fair one, come away with Me; come into a deeper place of intimacy. Together we will run; we will leap over the mountains and the hills (Song of Songs 2:8, 10). I will cause you to soar like the eagles, and you will fly above the storms and the difficulties of this life.

As you continue to abide in Me, pressing into My heart and magnifying Me above the difficulties, the things of this world will grow strangely dim. I am never deaf to your cries, My love, nor am I blind to your tears. Trust My ways and My timing in all things. Press into Me; lean closer into My heart. Oh, how I desire intimacy with you, My beloved. I am calling you deeper, still. You ravish My heart with one glance from your eyes (Song of Songs 4:9).

Ask Me not what I can do for you, but ask, “What can I bring to you, My Lord?” For when you worship Me, despite the pain and adverse circumstances, I elevate you to a higher place, safe from the storms. Continue to give Me the sacrifice of your praise; it is the highest form of  worship when you praise Me with what feels like a broken spirit. Even when your flesh feels defeated, you have overcome by the blood of the Lamb!

The word of your testimony and your sincere posture of worship is a form of  warfare. I will cause you to dance on injustice! Continue to sing; continue to declare My promises and My truth in the face of your adversity. Prophecy life to the things that would even appear to be dead in your life, and watch as I revive them. Speak to those dead bones, “Come alive!” (Ezekiel 37).

I will prepare a table of feasting for you in the very presence of your enemies (Psalm 23:5). Surely goodness and mercy will follow you all the days of your life. You shall partake of the victory that is already yours. Praise Me, and keep pressing in. Your victory is assured!
