Many are advancing and being promoted in this very hour. In the midst of promotion, there have been people who have come against you, as well as other circumstances that have brought you opposition. However, I hear the Lord saying, “Hold your peace, for I am dealing with all that has opposed you. Refuse to be offended when people lash out at you, for you do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but with principalities and rulers in high places (Ephesians 6:12).

“Beloved, I am calling you to take the higher road. Clothe yourself with love, and seek Me before responding to the accusations that may be brought against you. In Proverbs, it advises, ‘Do not answer a fool according to his folly, or you will also be like him’ (Proverbs 26:4). Sometimes the best response is no response at all. Be still, and allow Me to defend you. Incline your ear to Me, and I will guide you (Psalm 17:6).

“Fear not, nor be dismayed; bless and pray for those who spitefully use you and speak evil against you. Keep your eyes on Me, and refuse to be distracted or discouraged by the opposition you’re facing. Be encouraged, Beloved, for I am dealing with all that has opposed you.”

What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31)
