Who is this King of glory?
The Lord strong and mighty,
the Lord mighty in battle. | Psalm 24:8

“I am the Lord your God Who is mighty in battle! I go before you, making the crooked places straight and your rough places smooth (Isaiah 45:2). Nothing, and again I say, nothing is too difficult for Me,” says the Lord. “Do not fear and do not fret, because I am the Lord your God, and I am fighting for you. I am fighting your battles, and I am bringing you the spoils. Truly, you shall see and know the victory! You shall declare, ‘My God is mighty in battle!’ Go ahead and lift up a shout of praise, because though your enemies may come at you from one direction, they will flee from you in seven (Deuteronomy 28:7). Indeed, you will look for your enemies, but you will not be able to find them (Isaiah 41:12); I am the God Who breaks open the way before you. I am the God Who silences the voice of the accuser. I am your God, and I am mighty to save and deliver you. I am mighty in battle,” declares the Lord of Hosts!
