I Am Calling You by a New Name

No longer will they call you Deserted or name your land Desolate. But you will be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah; for the LORD will take delight in you. | Isaiah 62:4

“Beloved, I am calling you by a new name! Look now, as I am removing the heartache and the reproach that you have experienced in your previous season. I take great delight in you, My Bride! Watch, as I restore your honor and bless you in front of those who have come against you. For they will see my favor and vindication on your life, even as I prepare a table of feasting for you before their very eyes. (Psalm 23:5).

“Know that My hand has been at work in your life, and be assured that I have been working behind the scenes. Even when you could not see, I was weaving my pattern of good in your life. Like Joseph, you will soon say, ‘What the enemy had meant as evil, God has used for my good’ (Genesis 50:20). For as it is written, truly I work all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

“Watch now as things drastically and suddenly shift, for I am bringing My radical restoration and answers to the petitions you have been crying out for. I am a good Father, and My ear has been bent towards your cry.”

The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles (Psalm 34:17).

“Do not look to the former, My Beloved, but rather walk boldly and confidently down the new path that I am leading you on. For I will continue to open up the way before you as you trust in Me,” says the Lord (Micah 2:13).

“I have seen you in your captivity, and I am bringing My swift deliverance and restoration in this hour! Throw off despair and the spirit of heaviness that would seek to lay hold on your life, for I am putting new garments on you. Indeed, I am calling you by a new name, My Bride, and I am removing the shame of your former season. Truly I am the Lord who gives you beauty for ashes (Isaiah 61:3). This is the time to arise and shine, for your light has come, and My glory has risen upon you,” declares the Lord (Isaiah 60:1).
