The Power of Our Thoughts

Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life. | Proverbs 4:23

The Lord has been speaking to me on just how important our thoughts are. We often hear messages about the power of our tongues, or on the power of decreeing and declaring. While it is vital to speak life, I believe it is equally important to be intentional with what we meditate on and recognize the power of our thoughts.

It is written in the Proverbs that, “as a man thinks in his heart, so it he.” What a powerful truth! Our thoughts lead to behaviors. If we believe we are defeated, we will most likely walk in defeat. However, if we actively meditate on the Word of God—which says we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13)—we are much more likely to walk in victory.

Psalm 19:14 says, “May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer.” This verse points out the importance of what we meditate on in our hearts. The enemy loves to create strife, and he works to get us coming into agreement with his lies. Even as it was with Eve in the Garden, when he coaxed her to doubt what God had told her (Genesis 3:1). Eve entertained that thought from the enemy, and then she fell into sin.

How often do we do the same?

I’ve fallen into that trap myself by not immediately taking control of a negative thought or emotion that comes to me. Before you know it, something so minor can turn into a full-blown misunderstanding or argument. That’s why it’s so important to put on the full armor of Christ each and every morning, so that we can withstand the fiery darts of the enemy (Ephesians 6:16).

When we take captive every thought into the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5), the enemy has no entry point. For instance, there are mornings that I certainly don’t feel lovely, but I need to choose to be intentional about thinking and speaking what the Lord says about me in that moment. Because of His Word, I know that I am, “altogether lovely, My darling,” and no blemish is in me (Song of Songs 4:7). So no matter what I am feeling, the Lord’s Word—and what He says about me—is the final authority.

The Lord has been continuing to highlight to me the importance of the Bride of Christ walking in freedom, healing, and restoration. I sense that as we actively pursue proper alignment of our thoughts, we are going to walk in greater joy and freedom that we’ve ever known. We will be able to love the unlovely and bind up the broken hearted (Luke 6:35, Isaiah 61:1), for it was for freedom that we have been set free (Galatians 5:1). As freely as we have received, freely we must give (Matthew 10:8).

How precious to me are your thoughts, God!
How vast is the sum of them!
Were I to count them,
they would outnumber the grains of sand—
when I awake, I am still with you (Psalm 139:17-18).

The Fourth Man in the Fire

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. | Isaiah 43:2

I sense the Lord’s heart of encouragement to His Bride today. I believe that He is saying, “Beloved, do not fear the shaking, for you will walk through the fire unscathed; the flames will not set you ablaze (Isaiah 43:2).”

I had a picture in my mind’s eye of myself walking with Jesus. There was fire blazing on both sides of us, and the flames were tall, but we walked right through the middle. As we walked together, side by side, the flames did not touch us. Friends, just like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were not alone in the fiery furnace, we are not alone in our circumstances. Jesus is the fourth man in the fire, standing with us (Daniel 3). We will come out unscathed, fortified in the faith.

God is our refuge and strength,
    an ever-present help in trouble.
Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way
    and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
though its waters roar and foam
    and the mountains quake with their surging.

 

There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God,
    the holy place where the Most High dwells.
God is within her, she will not fall;
    God will help her at break of day.
Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall;
    he lifts his voice, the earth melts.

 

The Lord Almighty is with us;
    the God of Jacob is our fortress.

 

Come and see what the Lord has done,
    the desolations he has brought on the earth.
He makes wars cease
    to the ends of the earth.
He breaks the bow and shatters the spear;
    he burns the shields with fire.
He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;
    I will be exalted among the nations,
    I will be exalted in the earth.”

 

The Lord Almighty is with us;
    the God of Jacob is our fortress (Psalm 46).

 

God is encouraging us today, “Don’t fear the shaking; I am mighty in your midst! I am bringing you into a place of abundance. Your current testing is about to become a mighty testimony of My goodness and faithfulness in your life. Fear not, for I am with you!”

You brought us into prison and laid burdens on our backs. You let people ride over our heads; we went through fire and water, but you brought us to a place of abundance (Psalm 66:11-12).

A Message for the Forerunners

For by you I can run against a troop, and by my God I can leap over a wall. | Psalm 18:29 ESV

On Christmas morning, I woke up to some slight pain in my feet. Even now, I have still continued to experience a little discomfort. While inquiring of the Lord regarding the pain in my feet, and as I was pouring my heart out to Him, I cried, “Father, I don’t understand. I feel as though I’ve entered this new year with a limp.” I, of course, was referring to the physical limp that I was struggling with at the time, but even more so to the discomfort that I had been feeling because of the intense transition that had been taking place since the beginning of the new year.

As I remained in a posture of prayer, I immediately heard the Lord say to me, “Do not worry; you may feel as though you started off this year with a limp, but you will finish with a leap!”

That got my attention!

As I continued to listen, I received the following word from the Lord. I feel that it is not only an encouragement to myself, but also to others who are in a similar season. I pray that it blesses you, as we press on into the new year.

Keep Your Hand to the Plow

Being a forerunner and plowing new ground is exhausting, and it can be tempting to fall into discouragement. Forerunners and trail blazers are plowing new ground in this year; they are paving a new path for those who will one day come behind them. The life of a forerunner can feel very lonely and daunting at times. However, I sense that there is a great reward for these faithful servants of the Lord. I believe a season of reaping is coming, more quickly than many even realize. Even where they see little to no progress in the natural, the reality is that they are closer than ever to reaping a mighty harvest!

I really sense the Lord highlighting the importance of Galatians 6:9 in this hour. The verse says, “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” I hear the Lord saying, “Keep your eyes forward, Beloved! Do not look to the right or to the left, but keep plowing ahead. Do not be daunted by the naysayers, nor measure the results of your labor by what you see in the natural. You are advancing and taking ground,” says the Lord!

Out of Your Comfort Zone

“Just like when a mother bird nudges her babies out of the nest when it’s time for them to fly, you’ve been sensing your ‘nest’ being disturbed. Do not resist the shaking, for I am causing you to break out of your comfort zone and take a step into the great unknown. Trust Me, for I will be with you, even as Abraham obeyed Me and went by faith to the land that I showed Him.”

The Lord had said to Abram, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you.

“I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse, and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.”

So Abram went, as the Lord had told him. (Genesis 12:1-4a).

I truly believe that Proverbs 3:5-6 will be imperative to walk in during this season: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” There will be many for which this will be a great year, and they will move out by faith to where the Lord directs them.

New Provisions and Opportunities

Do not fear if previous supplies of income and resources seem to be drying up. The Lord is bringing in new provisions an opportunities in this new season! It may look different that what you first expect, but you will know by the peace that you feel and the new open doors that this is from the Lord.

While it is good and wise to seek counsel, I also sense the Lord saying that He is calling many of His forerunners off the beaten and familiar path. This will make some people uncomfortable; they may attempt to hold you back and advise you to stay where it’s comfortable and familiar. It will be best to listen to the Lord’s voice above the opinions of man or any ‘fear-based’ advice you may receive. As you step out into where the Lord is leading you, there will be provisions and blessings.

The enemy has sought to bring discouragement and distractions, especially to the forerunners. However, the Lord is encouraging you today that you are gaining momentum and leaping over obstacles. You may feel as though you started this year with a limp, but I prophesy that you will surely finish with a leap!

I will go before you and will level the mountainsI will break down gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron. I will give you hidden treasures, riches stored in secret places, so that you may know that I am the Lord, the God of Israel, who summons you by name (Isaiah 45:2-3).

2019: the Year of the Free Fall!

Recently, as our family was traveling out of state for the holidays, the song “Free Fallin’” by Tom Petty began to play on the radio. In that moment, the Lord began to speak to me. I heard Him say, “2019 will be the year of the free fall.” I immediately pulled out my journal and began to write. This is what I sense the Lord speaking for the Bride of Christ as we enter into this new year and new season:

2019 will be the year of the free fall. You have felt the momentum building, and everything has been leading up to this moment. Through many valleys, you have faithfully walked with Me. Indeed, I have been your fire by night and your cloud by day (Exodus 13:21). 2018 has been a year of extreme intensity for many, but know this, My Bride: not one thing that you’ve walked through will be wasted. Indeed, I have been strengthening and fortifying you for what lies ahead.

What has looked like tremendous loss, I will turn to gain. Am I not the God Who gives beauty for ashes? (Isaiah 61:3) What has seemed like an end is actually a new beginning! This will be a new chapter for you. Do not look to the former, for I am making all things new (Isaiah 43:19). I have been doing, and am continuing to do, a deep work in you. As you have been freed of the baggage and trauma of the past season, it is important not to pick it up again. For whom the Son sets free is free, indeed (John 8:36).

You are entering into this new year and new season free of the past yokes and entanglements. You have been emptied out to be refilled! As it is written, “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled” (Matthew 5:6). Your hands are now free to carry the new that I am releasing unto you. Doors that have been previously shut will now fling wide with little to no effort, for I set before you an open door (Revelation 3:8).

A friend once told me during a time of prayer that she was hearing the phrase, “When it rains, it pours.” She continued to say that she believed the Lord is turning this saying into a positive phrase for the Body of Christ. I believe the Lord is saying now, “There will be rapid acceleration and assignments opening up for you. Even like the weather patterns, things will begin to change very quickly in this next season. You will see My blessings rain down on you, and you will be one who testifies of My goodness. You will be able to say with joy, ‘When it rains, it pours!’”

Yet he has not left himself without testimony: He has shown kindness by giving you rain from heaven and crops in their seasons; he provides you with plenty of food and fills your hearts with joy (Acts 14:17).

“Be willing to lay down what I am calling you to lay down, and pick up what I am calling you to pick up. Radical faith and obedience will be required of you, but I will be with you; I will never leave or forsake you. Faithful I have been, and faithful I will continue to be. As you are stretched out of your comfort zone, know that you will be rewarded for your obedience. My will is the best and perfect place to be.

“As you allow yourself to free fall into My plans for you, you will be amazed at the places I take you. Like the caterpillar that bursts from its cocoon as a butterfly, you will soon soar to new heights with Me! Beloved, now is the time to get your hopes up. It’s a new day and a new dawn. Let hope arise! The Father is breathing fresh life and strength into you, even now! I am washing away the sorrows and heartaches from your past season. Truly the best is yet to come!”

However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived”—the things God has prepared for those who love him (1 Corinthians 2:9).

Peace and Be Still, Beloved!

The LORD gives strength to his people; the LORD blesses his people with peace. | Psalm 29:11

The Lord is extending his shalom peace to those who find themselves experiencing much turbulence. These ones are not only experiencing turbulence and upheaval in one area, but many different areas simultaneously. However, the Lord is speaking, “Peace, be still! I’ve got this, and I’ve got you. Yes, it’s stormy right now, but I am in your boat; we are crossing over to the other side. Do not be buffeted by the wind or the waves, rather, keep your eyes on Me. I am bringing my sovereign and divine order, even to the chaos that you are presently experiencing. You will come forth from all of this unscathed. You’ll walk through the waters and they will not overtake you; the flames will not set you ablaze (Isaiah 43:2).

“I am teaching your feet to dance on disappointment. Even in the midst of these present trials, you are being fortified and will come forth stronger than ever. Your latter will be greater,” declares the Lord. “Do not be moved, and do not be dismayed. Look not to the left or the right, but keep your eyes on Me. I am working! I am mighty in your midst. I am bringing my good out of what you are currently walking through, regardless how it looks or feels in the natural. Peace, be still, My Beloved!”

But the LORD stands beside me like a great warrior. Before him my persecutors will stumble. They cannot defeat me (Jeremiah 20:11).

Things Are Coming to a Head!

Many people, especially the prophets and the forerunners, have been feeling such intense pressure and warfare on every side. Like Elijah, they have wanted to run in a cave and hide!

In the story of 1 Kings 18 and 19, Elijah proved that the God of Israel was the one true God and the gods of Baal were false because the God of Israel was able to comsume the sacrifice with fire from heaven, while the prophets of Baal were not able to do anything to get their sacrifice to burn. Once the people could see who the true God of Israel was, Elijah had the prophets of Baal killed. King Ahab reported all this to Jezebel, causing her to become furious! Jezebel sought to intimidate Elijah by threatening him with his very life, causing him to retreat into a cave and fall into a depression. So it has been with you!

Dear friends, please know thet the pressure and opposition that you have been feeling is not because you have done something wrong, but like Elijah, you are doing something right! The enemy is terrified at the ground you are taking!

The Lord is saying,Come out of that cave!” You have no reason to be afraid, for there are more for you than there are against you. (2 Kings 6:16).

“Arise, mighty men and women of valor: this is your time to shine! For I, Myself will silence the naysayers and the very ones who have wrongly accused and mocked you. They will watch you feast on My goodness, as I will prepare a table before you in the very presence of your enemies (Psalms 23:5).” Take courage, dear ones! You are going forward, and things are coming to a head, but in a good way!

“Like David, you have been prepared on the back side of the wilderness. You have learned to slay the lion and the bear. Indeed, your hands have been trained for war and your fingers for battle (Psalms 144:1)! I have made your mouth like a sharpened sword. In the shadow of my hand, I have hidden you. I have made you into a polished arrow and concealed you in my quiver (Isaiah 49:2).

“You have been in a time of hiding and preparation, but now, I am drawing you out! You are My chosen vessel, in whom I take great delight! Fear not! Rather, be bold and courageous, for I am bringing you to the forefront for such a time as this!”

Arise, shine, for your light has come and my glory has risen on you, says the Lord of hosts (Isaiah 60:1).

Trusting and Surrendering to Him

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” | Proverbs 3:5-6

I feel the Lord highlighting the words trust and surrender in this hour. Many have been experiencing heavy warfare recently, as the enemy has been trying to create a sense of foreboding and dread; he’s caused you to wonder and worry about what may happen next. However, the Lord desires that you enter into His rest, trusting and surrendering all of your heavy burdens and anxieties into His loving hands. Our God knows the plan that He has for you, plans not to harm you, but to give you a hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).

I believe that the Lord is saying today, “Lean into My Presence.” The eagle doesn’t fight against the storm, rather it leans into the wind and allows the adversity to take it to a higher level. This is also true for us. The Lord has everything under control. He wants us to cease from our worrying and striving, and to trust that His heart is towards us. Our God is a good and loving Father, and He will bring good out of our trials and situations.

Know that the Lord will make a way, even where there seems to be know way (Isaiah 43:16). Now is the time to trust and surrender!

Trust in His Goodness!

Out of them shall come songs of thanksgiving, and the voices of those who celebrate. I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will make them honored, and they shall not be small. |
Jeremiah 30:19

Happy Thanksgiving week, everyone! I feel the Lord’s heart of encouragement extended to His bride this morning. I believe that He wants you to know that He is mighty in your midst! As many will be gathering with friends and loved ones this holiday season, the Lord wants to encourage you to trust in His goodness and faithfulness. Let His peace guard your heart and mind, and let His praise ever be on your lips, regardless of the circumstances that may appear to be contrary to what He has spoken. Truly He is working everything for our good, and as we praise Him, we will be elevated to a higher place above the storms.

The Lord has been doing, and is continuing to do, a great work in the heart of His Bride, even amidst the fire, shaking, and realigning. He is working! He is increasing you and enlarging you through the stretching and discomfort than many are currently experiencing. The Lord wants you to know that even if you find yourself in uncharted waters and circumstances, He is with you! His hand is upon you, and He is lovingly watching over your life to keep you from all harm. Trust in His goodness, Beloved!

I Am With You

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. | Isaiah 43:2

It has certainly been an intense season of testing for many, myself included. It feels as though when we overcome one challenge, we’re only to be met by another that’s even more difficult than the previous one. However, I hear the Lord saying, “Beloved, I have not left you! I am right here by your side, even as I’ve said in My Word, ‘I am the friend who sticks closer than a brother’ (Proverbs 18:24). Know that you are passing through this season, for I will turn your valley of Baka into a place of springs (Psalm 84:6).

“You have endured much weeping and heartache, but I am the God who turns mourning into joy. I know that it feels as though you’ve been hit on every side and that you are becoming battle weary, but My precious child, do not lose heart! Look to Me, cling to Me. I will not leave you. I am working, even through the trials that you are currently encountering. Once again, I assure you, you are passing through!

“I waste nothing; I will take the very ashes around you and turn them into beauty, watch and see. Let hope arise! Spring fourth, O well! Taste and see that I am good. I am with you; I haven’t left. Even as I promised in My Word, I will never leave you or forsake you. I’ll be with you until the end of the age. You are mine,” says the Lord!

The Pressure Is Producing the Promise

If you have noticed an increase in the warfare lately, rejoice! Just as diamonds are produced under extreme pressure, the very pressure you are experiencing is producing the promise! Even now, God is working behind the scenes on your behalf. If only you could see the wonderful things that the Lord has planned for you; you would laugh at the enemy’s attempts to overwhelm you. The enemy is a defeated foe under our feet; he has been stripped of all his authority and can, by no means, harm you.

Jesus replied, “While you were ministering, I watched Satan topple until he fell suddenly from heaven like lightning to the ground. Now you understand that I have imparted to you all my authority to trample over his kingdom. You will trample upon every demon before you and overcome every power Satan possesses. Absolutely nothing will be able to harm you as you walk in this authority. However, your real source of joy isn’t merely that these spirits submit to your authority, but that your names are written in the journals of heaven and that you belong to God’s kingdom. This is the true source of your authority” (Luke 10:18-20).

I sense the Lord saying, “Beloved, regardless of how things look or feel in the natural, keep your eyes on Me. Things are not falling apart, rather, they are falling into place. I am working, and I am moving! Truly My thoughts and My ways are higher (Isaiah 55:8-9). You are breaking through and advancing in this hour, fighting from a place of victory, even amidst the struggle. You are My overcoming and victorious Bride. Be encouraged, and know that the very pressure you are feeling is producing the promise.”

“But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Corinthians 15:57).

My Delight Is in You

For the Lord takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the afflicted ones with salvation | Psalm 149:4 (NASB)

“I approve of you, Beloved! You have experienced disapproval and reproach from man, but hear My declaration over you today: you have My approval, and My delight is in you, My Bride. How precious are My thoughts towards you, for they outnumber the grains of sand (Psalm 139:18).

“I have seen the cost, dear one, even when others have not. I have seen your bravery, just as I have also seen the tears you’ve shed in secret. Every tear is precious to Me, because you are precious to Me; each one I have collected in a bottle—as it is written in My Word:

You keep track of all my sorrows.
You have collected all my tears in your bottle.
You have recorded each one in your book (Psalm 56:8).

“I am pulling out the arrows that others have carelessly shot at you through their words and their actions, filling you with My healing balm of Gilead. Hear the love song that I am singing over you: I am binding up your heart, healing your wounds of former seasons. It’s a new day and a new dawn! Do not look to the former, for I am doing something new.

“What the enemy has sought to destroy you with has only served to make you stronger. He has greatly underestimated your strength and tenacity, even as you have said in your heart, ‘though he slay me, I will praise the Lord.’ You have allowed My purposes to be accomplished in you, and now I am turning the bitter into sweet! Surely you will receive double for all that you have suffered. The woundings of your previous season will be the very launching pad that propels you forward to minister with an even greater compassion and anointing! The very areas of which you have overcome, you now carry an even greater anointing in. For freely you have received, now freely give (Matthew 10:8).

“You are My liberated one, arising from the ashes and being sent out to release liberty to the captives, proclaiming My freedom (Isaiah 61:1). You will go forth in great joy, for I am the God who turns mourning into dancing. Hear heaven’s declaration over you, Beloved: the Father approves of you, and His delight is in you,” says the Lord!

You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace;
the mountains and hills will burst into song before you,
and all the trees of the field will clap their hands (Isaiah 55:12).

I Will Be Your Compass

Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, “This is the way; walk in it.” | Isaiah 30:21

I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying, “I will be your compass, helping you navigate through this new season. What may have worked in the former season will no longer work in this new season that we’ve entered into. Yes, you feel stretched, enlarged, and even in over your head. Be rest assured, Beloved; I am taking you to the next level, and you are being elevated, even in the pressing! I am making new wine!

“Do not panic or fear, for My loving hand is upon you. I’m leading and guiding you into the new, even as a cloud by day and a fire by night (Exodus 13:21). I am expanding you and increasing you! Enlarge and expand your tent pegs, because surely you will spread out to the right and to the left (Isaiah 54:2).

“I am calling you to press deeper into My heart! For as you do, I will be faithful to show you great and mighty things that you do not know (Jeremiah 33:3). Let go of all stress and worry, Beloved, and enjoy your journey with Me. I have many new surprises and adventures in store, and they shall soon burst fourth. You have been equipped and prepared, now it’s time to soar to new heights with Me. Surely I will be your compass, and I will lead and guide you as we embark on our journey together,” says the Lord.

Sound The Alarm and Release Your Voice!

When the trumpets sounded, the army shouted, and at the sound of the trumpet, when the men gave a loud shout, the wall collapsed; so everyone charged straight in, and they took the city. | Joshua 6:20

Many have been battling an extreme hopelessness and a feeling of despair. I especially sense this to be true for the intercessors. The enemy has been working tirelessly to try and wear them down because there is so much in the balance right now, both in their own personal lives as well as on a national level.

I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying, “My people, sound the alarm! Lift your voice and release your battle cry! This is not a time to relent or retreat, rather it’s a time to get loud in your intercession. The kingdom of heaven has suffered violence, and the violent take it by force (Matthew 11:12). The enemy has a tempted to bombard you and wear you down with warfare and opposition. He has sought to silence your voice by causing you to get wrapped up in despair. My people, it is vital that you pray like never before! There is a great war going on between light and darkness, but know that your prayers and petitions are moving and shifting things in the heavenlies. Pray in the spirit; pray with groans and travailing. Rise above the onslaught and press in, because there is victory on the other side!

“Shake off your slumber; shake off apathy and arise, My bride! Arise and release your sound; release your voice! Pray for your government; pray that righteous men and women will be established in positions of authority and that the wicked will be cut off. My ear is bent towards you, and as I have promised in My Word, ‘When My people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will heal their land’ (2 Chronicles 7:14).

“It is vital that you stay at your post and pray (Habakkuk 2:1). Do not say, ‘I am just one voice,’ for the smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of God’s people, go up before God from the angel’s hand (Revelation 8:4). Raise the battle cry and sound the alarm! My bride, my ear is bent towards you. Surely your voice will shift nations, and kingdoms of darkness will be forced to retreat at the sound of your voice! Keep storming the gates of heaven, for as you do, the tide will turn. You will see the victory,” declares the Lord of hosts!

Freedom from the Opinions of Others and Fear of Man

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. | John 8:36

The Lord is continuing to do a deep work in the heart of His Bride, ridding her completely of any unhealthy entanglements and bondages so that she can walk forward into this dynamic new season. She will be completely free of anything that would seek to hold her back.

Though these seasons of pruning can be uncomfortable (and even painful) to our flesh, the Lord uses them for our good. It is vital that when we are undergoing seasons of pruning that we don’t misunderstand the Lord’s heart towards us. Our God is a loving Father, faithful in all of His ways! He is always working for our good, and His heart is towards us. It is also important that we don’t confuse seasons of pruning with seasons of discipline. As we are told in John 15:2, “He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful.

I believe that in this season the Lord is freeing many from the opinions of others and the fear of man. It says in Proverbs that, “Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe” (Proverbs 29:25). In my own life, I have struggled with prioritizing the opinions of others, fearing how they perceived me for as long as I can remember. However, God is relentlessly calling us into a place of freedom. In His goodness, He has continued to work on me, bringing me to a place of being free from the opinions and fear of man.

I’ve learned that striving for other’s acceptance of us can turn into a form of idolatry. When we obsess over how other people perceive ourselves, becoming overly concerned with what they many think of us, we can lose sight of how the Lord truly sees us. Yes, we should do our best to live at peace with all men, but ultimately, we are to strive to please and obey God above all others.

It is nearly impossible to please both God and man at the same time. Being held in bondage to what others think—constantly seeking to win their approval an affirmation—will drain you of your energy. If you trap yourself in this lifestyle, you’ll only entangle yourself in unhealthy cycles and behavioral patterns. It requires a great courage to break away from the familiar, especially if these unhealthy lifestyles have been modeled to us by others from a very young age. However, I can personally testify that there is great freedom on the other side! We must be brave enough to break out of the mold that others may seek to confine us to. For we know that with God on our side, anything is possible.

Often times, when you begin to whole heartedly pursue the unique and specific calling that God has placed on your life, your life can start to offend those closest and most familiar to you. Even Jesus experienced this, as He was not allowed to minister in His hometown because the people once closest to Him began to take offense to His teachings:

And they took offense at him. But Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his own town and in his own home” (Matthew 13:57).

When we are rejected by man, Jesus gives us permission to move forward, saying, “If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, leave that home or town and shake the dust off your feet” (Matthew 10:14). However, it is important that we, ourselves, do not become offended. We are commanded to bless, release, and move forward with a clean heart.

Joseph also experienced rejection and betrayal by his own family. After sharing his dreams with his family, Joseph’s brothers became very angry towards him. Joseph was then thrown into a pit by his brothers before they eventually sold him into slavery (Genesis 37:12-36). Amazingly, even through this horrible experience, Joseph managed to keep his heart pure and did not become bitter. He forgave his brothers, even saying to them, “What you meant as evil against me, the Lord used for my good (Genesis 50:20). Joseph could have easily justified his right to become angry against his brothers, or even use his position of authority in Egypt to get revenge on his family. However, he ended up choosing the better thing. In the end, God vindicated Joseph and continued to bless him greatly (Genesis 48:15).

The Lord brought Joseph from the pit to the palace because Joseph continually stayed faithful and obedient to Him. Joseph honored the Lord, even through the intense trials and testing that he endured. Through it all, the Lord allowed Joseph’s character to be refined and developed during his time of pruning, and eventually brought him into a place of promotion and honor.

He raises the poor from the dust,
He lifts the needy from the ash heap
To make them sit with nobles,
And inherit a seat of honor;
For the pillars of the earth are the Lord’s,
And He set the world on them (1 Samuel 2:8).

I believe that many in the body of Christ have experienced setbacks and betrayals from others. Even so, the Lord wants to encourage us today, saying, “As you have continually chosen to let Me defend you, even when your experiences didn’t make sense or turn out how you expected, I will now be turning the tables!” You will come out on top, just as it is written, “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose” (Romans 8:28). As you continue to allow God to rid you of what others think—living solely for an audience of One—you will experience a new found freedom!

The Lord tells us in His Word that when our ways are pleasing to Him, He will cause even our enemies to be at peace with us. Beloved, be encouraged! God is ridding you from being enslaved to the opinions of others and fear of man. You will now be able to walk forward into your new assignment, completely free from the bondage’s and weights of the past. Truly the Lord’s yoke is easy, and His burden is light (Matthew 11:30).

Beloved, the Father is so pleased with you; He calls you flawless (Song of Songs 4:7). Continue to say “yes” to Him, regardless of the misunderstandings and rejection that you may have once encountered. He is removing the final traces of sorrow, and you will experience His freedom, healing and restoration! Truly your joy will know no bounds.

This is your season to celebrate! The Lord is turning your mourning into dancing, giving you a new song to sing (Psalm 30:11). Continue to walk forward boldly and confidently into your new place of freedom. Your Heavenly Father delights in you, and you have found much favor in His sight!

For the Lord God is a sun and shield;
the Lord bestows favor and honor;
no good thing does he withhold
from those whose walk is blameless (Psalm 84:11).

Fire on Your Intercession

“A voice of one calling in the wilderness, ‘Prepare the way for the Lord,make straight paths for him.’” | Mark 1:3

“I am sending My fire on your intercession,” declares the Lord. The very hunger, restlessness, and discontentment that you are currently experiencing will be the launching pad that catapults you into your new mantle of authority. I am breathing new life upon you; even now, My Spirit is hovering and brooding (Genesis 1:2).

“I have heard your cries, even as you’ve called out, saying, ‘Show me Your glory!’ Now I am putting My holy fire on your intercession. You will pray with new passion and authority. What doors had been previously locked will now fling open through your prayers and petitions, for upon His shoulder I have placed the key of David, and My government shall know no end! (Isaiah 22:22)

“Beloved, do not shrink back and retreat, for I am sending My fresh fire on your intercession. I am burning away the dross; I am moving, I am working. Surely My voice is over the waters.

The enemy has attempted to silence your voice, but now you are coming forth ten times stronger than before. The battles that you have fought and overcome will carve a new path for others to come behind you, walking into victory. Truly I tell you, the very areas that you have broken through will now be the areas in which you will carry the breaker anointing,” says the Lord.

“Hear My call, My Bride! I am summoning you to awake from your slumber and enter into a place of prayer and intercession that is far beyond what you’ve previously known or experienced in former seasons. Your prayers will affect nations, for as it is written, if you ask of Me, I will give you the nations for your inheritance (Psalm 2:8).

“Your prayers will move mountains and break down strongholds; they will establish and usher in My divine order and government upon the earth. Truly you are the voice of the one crying out in the wilderness, even as it was with John the Baptist, declaring and preparing the way of the Lord (Mark 1:3). I have called you to stand in the gap and contend for freedom in your bloodline, even extending into the future generations! You will be called ‘Repairer of the Breech,’ for you will bring healing and restoration, rebuilding the ruins of the former generations.

“Receive My fresh, holy fire on your intercession. Truly the wind of My favor is blowing on your back, propelling you forward into the new assignments and territory that I am releasing to you. Be encouraged, for everywhere your foot treads, I will give you the land (Joshua 1:3).”

The Lord is Exposing and Bringing Down the Spirit of Python!

Over the past two weeks, I have been experiencing extreme fatigue and exhaustion, hopelessness, anxiety, and the temptation to simply give up. I could not figure out why I felt like this. However, I know that God is faithful to answer our cries, and He will give us wisdom when we bring Him our concerns. As it is written in Jeremiah 33:3, we are instructed to call upon the Lord, and He will show us great and mighty things that we do not know. Even in my weariness, I’ve been seeking the Lord in faith, asking Him what exactly this is that I have been experiencing.

Last night, I had a vivid dream of a snake lurking in my bedroom. It started out as a small snake and then rapidly grew in size. After spending time in the Lord’s presence upon awaking, I began to gain understanding of what my dream represented. The Lord revealed to me that the snake in my dream had been a python, and it represented the spirit of Python.

Python is a spirit that seeks to suffocate and suck the very life out of you through its relentless and vicious attacks. The Lords showed me that many in the Body of Christ—myself, included—have been feeling the effects of this evil spirit. Looking back, I can now identify that the physical exhaustion and weariness I had been experiencing was as an attack from the enemy. This is why Word of God tells us that we are to “put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, [we] may be able to stand [our] ground, and after [we] have done everything, to stand” (Ephesians 6:13).

We can even see in Scripture the spirit of Python trying to latch onto the apostles and leaders of the early church:

Once when we were going to the place of prayer, we were met by a female slave who had a spirit by which she predicted the future. She earned a great deal of money for her owners by fortune-telling. She followed Paul and the rest of us, shouting, “These men are servants of the Most High God, who are telling you the way to be saved.” She kept this up for many days. Finally Paul became so annoyed that he turned around and said to the spirit, “In the name of Jesus Christ I command you to come out of her!” At that moment the spirit left her (Acts 16:16-18).

The spirit that had possession over the female slave was that of Python. It was relentlessly taunting the apostle Paul, trying to get him off course and distract him from his assignment from the Lord.

As I continued to press into the Lord, He continued to expand understanding of my dream. I heard Him say, “I am bringing down the spirit of Python! In My goodness, I am exposing the evil spirit that has attempted to subtly sneak in and to harm to My people.” The Lord is now bringing freedom from the oppression that His people have been feeling, as they have cried out to Him for deliverance.

But the Lord is with me like a mighty warrior;
so my persecutors will stumble and not prevail.
They will fail and be thoroughly disgraced;
their dishonor will never be forgotten (Jeremiah 20:11).

The Lord is turning the tables in this hour, and the attacks of the enemy are being overthrown! Where you have known such deep and seemingly unrelenting heaviness, you will now experience joy unlimited and full glory; where you have known heartache and despair, you will now experience freedom and a new spring in your step. People of God, the Lord is giving you your breath back! You will breathe easily once again, and truly your enemies will be no more (Isaiah 41:12).

The spirit of Python has attempted to get many of the Lord’s prophets to run and retreat into a cave, but now they are arising—coming forth with double strength, boldness, and anointing! For when the thief is caught, he must repay seven fold (Proverbs 6:31).

Just when it has seemed that all hope has been lost, the King of Glory is now coming in and bringing His radical deliverance and recompense! For whom the Son sets free is free, indeed (John 8:36).

Lift up your heads, you gates;
lift them up, you ancient doors,
that the King of glory may come in (Psalm 24:9).

I prophesy life, hope, and fresh joy over you today, as you are arising out of the very place of despair that the enemy has sought to keep you caged in. Be encouraged! The Lord is bringing you out into a wide and spacious place of freedom (Psalm 18:19).

Rosh Hashanah: A Time of Favor, Deliverance, and Promotion!

September 9, 2018 marks the first day of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. Even as today is a physical shift on the Jewish calendar, it is also the beginning of a significant shift in the spirit realm.

I hear the Lord saying, “This is your time and your season! I am bringing forth My favor, deliverance, and promotion, even as I did with Joseph. Many have felt confined in a ‘prison,’ for so long, yet they have remained faithful to me. Like with Joseph, I have been with them through the trials and testing, even despite what things may have appeared in the natural.”

“But the Lord was with Joseph and showed him mercy, and He gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison” (Genesis 39:21).

Joseph literally went from the prision to the palace in one day (Genesis 41:14). Similarly, many of you will also experience a seemingly overnight turnaround! Truly God is releasing His favor, deliverance, and promotion over your life. The enemy has been working overtime to get you into a place of despair, but let hope arise! God is roaring His fierce vindication over you, and He is bringing forth justice and recompense for all that you have suffered.

Your finest hour is upon you! Keep your heart tender and pliable before the Lord, staying at peace, for things are about to radically shift in your favor. Stand still and see the salvation of your God!

”You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the LORD will give you, Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Go out to face them tomorrow, and the LORD will be with you” (2 Chronicles 20:17).

You Are Coming Forth Completely New!

I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. | Psalm 118:17

The Lord’s heart is extended towards the battle weary: the ones who feel they have nothing left to offer. As the saying goes, “When we are down to nothing, He is up to something!”

It says in Isaiah 42:3-4, “A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out. In faithfulness he will bring forth justice; he will not falter or be discouraged till he establishes justice on earth. ” Many have felt as though situations in their lives have gone from bad to worse, as the enemy has been tormenting them and whispering the lie that things will never change. However, the very opposite is true. The Lord wants to encourage you today that the areas where you’ve experienced the most struggle will be the very areas where you will see the greatest breakthrough manifest! Truly He is going to make your valley of Baca a place of springs (Psalm 84:6).

Your pain will pay! You will arise out of the very ashes of despair and come forth with new vigor, strength, and joy!

For the past few weeks, I’ve been continually hearing the word reset resonating in my spirit. I sense that the Lord is resetting His people, breaking off old mindsets and mentalities. Just like when a computer is rebooted or upgraded with new programming, so the Lord is also resetting His people, expanding them to carry the ‘new wine’—the new increase—that He is pouring out to His Bride.

“Neither do people pour new wine into old wineskins. If they do, the skins will burst; the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved” (Matthew 9:17).

The Lord is honoring the radical obedience and faithfulness of His children. These are the ones who have been one hundred percent sold out to Him! They have laid down they reputation, saying, “Father, I’ll go where You tell me to go, and I’ll say what You want me to say!” They have given Him their ‘yes,’ even when many of them have suffered greatly. Some have even been slandered and falsely accused. Now the Lord is arising on their behalf. Behold! His reward is with him! (Revelation 22:12). They will experience double recompense in the very areas where they’ve suffered! Truly God is clearing their names and righting all of the wrongs.

No longer will they call you Deserted, or name your land Desolate. But you will be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah; for the Lord will take delight in you, and your land will be married (Isaiah 62:4).

I see a picture of the Lion of Judah roaring over His people with mighty vindication and recompense, as they have remained humble and have not sought to defend themselves. Even now, the Lord is setting the table for you to dine in the very presence of your enemies (Psalm 23:5). He is pouring out His healing balm, binding up the broken hearted!

Many are feeling as though they’ve lost their joy due to the longevity and intensity of the battle, but the Lord is going to restore your laughter even ten times greater than it was before! Just as it says in Psalm 126:

When the Lord restored the fortunes of Zion,
we were like those who dreamed.
Our mouths were filled with laughter,
our tongues with songs of joy.
Then it was said among the nations,
“The Lord has done great things for them.”
The Lord has done great things for us,
and we are filled with joy (Psalm 126:1-3).

Hold on, people of God! Do not cast away your confidence! Just when it seems as though there’s no hope, the Lord is now coming on the scene to do what only He can do. He is fighting for you, you need only to be still (Exodus 14:14). He is making all things completely new! The breakthrough that you will experience will be bigger and greater than anything you have formerly known or experienced. Watch, as you will see and know the goodness of God in the land of the living (Psalm 27:18).

Let hope arise! You are coming forth completely new!

Trust Me in Transition

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. | Proverbs 3:5-6

“Trust Me in transition and be willing to hold all things loosely. There is much change taking place right now. Though this can be an uncomfortable (and even messy) process, know that I have your best interest in mind and that I am working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are going forward, not backwards, despite how things may look or feel; for truly My ways and thoughts are higher than yours (Isaiah 55:8-9).

“Do not fear the road bumps, nor the unexpected twists and turns along the way; trust Me and be assured that we will reach the desired destination. Enjoy the journey and refuse to borrow trouble from tomorrow (Matthew 6:34). There is grace for today, and My mercies are new every morning. You are safe with Me, My Beloved! I am leading you and guiding you. I will be your cloud by day and your fire by night (Exodus 14:19-20). I am bringing you to a good place; I am freeing you from past entanglements, and you will know in this season what it is to travel light. Trust me in transition,” says the Lord!

Your Praise Will Open Up the Way

Lift up your heads, O you gates!
And be lifted up, you everlasting doors!
And the King of glory shall come in.
Who is this King of glory?
The Lord strong and mighty,
The Lord mighty in battle.
Lift up your heads, O you gates!
Lift up, you everlasting doors!
And the King of glory shall come in. | Psalm 24:7-9

Your praise will open up the way! The King of glory is coming on the scene, for He inhabits the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3). He is fighting your battles and bringing vindication where you have experienced injustices. The Lord has you surrounded; truly there are more for you than against you.

God is calling you to more! He is inviting you to come up to higher ground, above the noise and distractions. As you give Him the honor due to His name, those burdens and distractions will no longer weigh you down. Our God is the King of glory, mighty in battle, and worthy of our praise.

Do Not Retreat!

The enemy is putting up a lot of smoke and mirrors right now, trying to intimidate many of the Lord’s forerunners; he wants to get them to turn back because the giants in the land seem too big (Numbers 13:32-33). Even so, I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying today, “The enemy is trying to intimidate you because he is terrified at the grounds you are taking. However, do not retreat or relent, rather set your face like flint (Isaiah 50:7) and continue to walk forward,” says the Lord.

“There are more for you than against you. Be encouraged, for everywhere your foot treads I will give you the land (Joshua 1:3)! This is your time and this is your season,” declares the Lord. “Be bold and courageous, and keep walking forward! Do not retreat, for I will be with you wherever you go. Your victory is assured,” declares the Lord of Hosts!

Your Anchor Holds

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. | Romans 8:38-39

In the Lord’s goodness, He is exposing all that has been hidden in darkness. Yet even amidst the shaking, as things are beginning to come to the light, the righteous will be lifted up (Psalm 75:10). Continue to intercede and maintain a heart posture of humility. As you continue to follow the Lord’s leading and walk in obedience to Him, be assured that He will cause your enemies to be at peace with you (Proverbs 16:7).

 Your life will be brighter than noonday, and darkness will become like morning (Job 11:17).

Many are feeling unbalanced and in somewhat of a fog due to all the transition that is taking place, but be encouraged! Our God is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). Your anchor holds as you remain rooted in Christ, the One who never changes!

Beloved: you have nothing to fear, for truly nothing can separate us from the love of God (Romans 8:39). He will not fail you, nor will He ever leave your side. Even during turbulent times, the Lord will lead you beside the still waters; He will restore your soul (Psalm 23:3). Just as God led His people out of Egypt, He alone is your fire by night and your very cloud by day. Be strong and courageous, for your anchor holds!

Come Away With Me

“The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life.” | Revelation 22:17

The Lord continues to woo His bride into a place of deeper intimacy and encounters with Himself. Oh, how He longs to be with us! We are the apple of His eye, just as it is written in Song of Solomon:

“You have stolen my heart, my sister, my bride; you have stolen my heart with one glance of your eyes” (Song of Solomon 4:9).

Even in the midst of the distractions, transitions, and shaking that are taking place, I believe the Lord is calling us to come away with Him. Truly, better is one day in His courts than thousands elsewhere (Psalm 84:10).

I believe the Lord would encourage you today, saying, “Continue to press into Me above the noise, and you will hear My still small voice. I will make your crooked places straight and your rough places smooth (Isaiah 45:2). I will speak peace to your raging storms. My peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you (John 14:27). Truly, all you have need of is found solely in Me. As you continue to linger and abide in My presence, those burdens and cares will melt away. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light. Come to Me and I will give you rest (Matthew 11:28-30). By Me and through Me, all things are being held together.”

“He is before all things, and in him all things hold together” (Colossians 1:17).

“Your very life is in My hands, and you are safe with Me,” says the Lord. Fear not and fret not, My love. I’m calling you to come away with Me.”

The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever (Psalm 23).

All That Is Hidden Will Be Revealed

For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open. | Luke 8:17

There is a great unveiling that is taking place in this very hour! All that was once hidden is now being brought to the light, for as it says in 1 Corinthians 4:5, “He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart.” Even so, I believe that the Lord would say to His Bride today, “Beloved, do not fear the shaking; I am shaking all that can be shaken, but what has been established in Me shall remain. I am a just God, and whatever a man sows, he shall surely reap (Galatians 6:7).”

At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, “Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.” The words “once more” indicate the removing of what can be shaken—that is, created things—so that what cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our “God is a consuming fire” (Hebrews 12:26-29).

“Do not fear all that is being exposed, for though the darkness is getting darker, My light is ever increasing. Those who have given their all to serve Me—being faithful, even in the little—will be promoted, for I will make them ruler over much. However, to those who have continually sown discord and have been unfaithful, they too shall reap what they have sown. For though I build up, I also tear down (Jeremiah 31:28).

The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it (John 1:5).

“I am roaring My vindication in this hour! I am exposing the corruptions and deceitful things that have been taking place in the political arena. It is written in Proverbs that in My hand the king’s heart is a stream of water that I direct whichever way I choose (Proverbs 21:1). I urge you, America, to pray for your President and all those in authority that it may go well with you. As it says in My Word, ‘Pray…for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness’ (1 Timothy 2:2). My hand is on President Trump, for I have put a praying man in office. While he is not perfect, his heart is turned towards Me, and I honor him. I am calling you to honor him, as well, and to help hold up his arms in battle; your prayers and petitions are powerful and availith much (James 5:16).

“I am calling My people back to a place of prayer. As it is written, ‘if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land’ (2 Chronicles 7:14).

“My Bride, it is time to come together as a unified front; a house or nation that is divided against itself cannot stand (Matthew 12:25), but where there is unity, I command My blessing (Psalm 133).

I am calling forth My fearless warriors to the frontlines! These ones have paid a price that few will ever understand. They are My sold-out and laid-down lovers of God; they cannot be bought or sold, going where I tell them to go and saying what I tell them to say. These ones have rid themselves of the fear and opinions of man, and the number one desire of their hearts has been to know Me and to make Me known!

“Now My warriors are arising from their place of hiddenness and obscurity. I am calling these ones to be generation changers, for they will take the world by storm! They will confound and offend those with religious, man-made mindsets. For just as it is written, ‘God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise’ (1 Corinthians 1:27). Even though they may be hated by the world, these are My chosen ones, and they have found great favor in My sight.

“Beloved, be encouraged! Even out of the very ashes, My glory is arising. I am shaking My Bride from her place of apathy and calling her back to her first Love. She will be found coming out of the wilderness, leaning on her Beloved (Song of Songs 8:5). Many will see, know, and place their trust in Me at the sight of it! So arise, shine, for your light has come, and My glory rises upon you (Isaiah 60:1),” says the Lord!

A Harvest on the Tears You Have Sown

Those who go out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with them. | Psalm 126:6 (NIV)

The Lord continues to speak to me on the season of harvest that we are entering into. Many of you have sown with your tears through prayer and intercession. I believe that the Lord wants to encourage you today, saying, “Your season of reaping is at hand! For as it is written, ‘Those who go out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with them’” (Psalm 126:6).

Beloved, weeping may endure for a night, but truly joy will come in the morning (Psalm 30:5). I see a new day dawning for the Bride of Christ, as the Lord is redeeming the heartache and trauma of your former season. You will be found coming up out of the wilderness, leaning heavily on your Beloved (Song of Songs 8:5).

The Lord is making all things new (Isaiah 43:19). He is making beauty for ashes and giving you garments of praise for a spirit of heaviness. Now watch, as the Lord redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with loving kindness (Psalm 103:4). Truly your best days are at hand!
