CUT THE ROOT BEFORE IT ENTANGLES YOU!
Today, as I sat in prayer with the Lord, I saw in the spirit what appeared to be a very large, thick root. This root was attempting to wrap itself around unsuspecting people to keep them entangled in generational bondage. It was alive and stealthy, slowly trying to grow in and around the path of many to divert them from their true calling. It was cyclical in that it would always grow in the most unsuspecting areas. Diversion was a strong tactic of this root; it would cause many to look in one direction while it grew and entangled them in silence.
I hear the Lord saying, “Be vigilant and watchful over your heart in this hour! Do not slip into spiritual slumber! The enemy is seeking to entrap many who will close their eyes in slumber.”
“Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour.” 1st Peter 5:8 NLT
The Lord is saying, “Stay vigilant! Do not allow the enemy of your soul to tie you up or entangle you in what I have set you free from. See the entanglement and walk free from it!”
“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.” Galatians 5:1 NIV
BE AWARE OF THE COUNTERFEIT
“Hold steady and continue to wait upon Me,” says the Lord. “Use the discernment that I have given you and do not fall prey to the counterfeit situation or opportunity the enemy seeks to deceive you with. Not every opportunity is of Me, therefore, let peace be your guide! Spend time with Me in the secret place so that you will discern well and have eyes to see and ears to hear what My Spirit is showing to you.”

LET MY JOY BE YOUR STRENGTH
“The enemy is attempting to weary you with the constant drip he is bringing against you. Move out in the opposite spirit and laugh! Stir up your joy for the joy of the Lord is your strength (Nehemiah 8:10). Joy is a powerful weapon against the adversary,” says the Lord. “My joy is not based on circumstances or emotions. Rather, it is a fruit of the spirit! Joy can only be accessed by abiding in Me. Stir up your joy in Me as David did,” says the Lord.

SUPERNATURAL STRATEGIES
“I will release supernatural strategies for My people,” says the Lord. “These strategies may conflict with your natural way of thinking, therefore, press in! Resist the ways of the flesh and press in,” says the Lord. “You will see great breakthrough as you implement these supernatural strategies and blue prints,” says the Lord. “Worship and praise Me in the midst of the battle because things are going to quickly shift!”
RESIST THE SPIRIT OF OFFENSE!
“Situations and opportunities will come that would seek to wound and offend you,” says the Lord. “Tend the garden of your heart during this season and resist the spirit of offense that the enemy would seek to entangle you in. Recognize the real source as it comes from the real enemy in high places.”
“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this world’s darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” Ephesians 6:12 BSB
