I hear the Lord saying, “My child, do not despise the breaking! Indeed, you feel as though you are being crushed and falling apart! The real truth of what you may not see in the moment is that you are breaking into the new! This is not the end of the story! I am bringing beauty for ashes, joy for mourning, and gladness from the heaviness! Things are rapidly shifting and aligning! In this breaking, I am pouring out my blessing!”

“As it is written, new wine cannot go into old wineskins (Luke 5:37 NIV). You must shed the old to make way for the new! This can be very painful and dreadfully unfamiliar. I am calling you to trust that I am at work in your life. Nothing that you are currently walking through is a coincidence. Indeed, I am using it all for your good! Stay tender hearted and refuse to become bitter or to harden your heart amidst these challenging circumstances. It will be well!”

“Do you remember the story of Joseph and his brothers? He could have easily allowed the betrayal of his brothers to harden his heart. He could have allowed the false accusations that led Him to prison to steal his joy and make him bitter. Yet, all the while, I was with him and My favor was on him because he trusted Me in times of great anguish and peril. It was this depth of trials and testing that was to reveal what was in the deepest depth of his heart. This level of breaking was to prepare him for the position of authority I had for him! Because of his great obedience to Me, I exalted him in due time for the saving of many lives (Genesis 50:20 NIV).”

“Stay the course, My precious one! I know that you are beyond weary! I see how very difficult the path has been! I know the beginning to the end and, assuredly, there is more to come! Truly, the best is yet to come! You will surely reap a great harvest if you refuse to faint and stay the course! Refuse to quit and keep giving even when you feel you have nothing left to give! You are making a difference! You are plowing up the hard ground for future generations!”

“Pioneering is not an easy task, nor is it for the faint of heart. Your reward will be great in this life and the life to come! I am well pleased with you My child. I have seen the tears and the heartaches. Continue to trust me and journey forward by faith. I will give you My grace and I will supply all that you have need of! Do not despair! Take heart and know that there is blessing in the breaking!”
