THE DISTRACTION OF THE OLD AND THE BIRTH OF THE NEW
Truly, we are living in a time where the old does not seem to work as it once did. This is also a time when the new is not fully grasped or comprehended. In this dichotomy, it is imperative that we quiet ourselves and tune in to the still small voice to guide and direct us. In these days now and to come, let us hear from our Lord and savior amidst the many voices and distractions that seek to derail us from our focus and destiny.
CHOOSE THE ONE THING
I hear the Lord saying, “Pay attention in this hour! Disregard what would be urgent and lean into that which is important. Pay close attention to my voice and my leading! As you abide in Me in this hour, you will learn how to engage your spiritual eyes to see what the enemy is trying to hide from you! This is the time for many things to shake, sift, and shift! Again,” I say to you, “Abide in Me! Do not fear the shaking or the sifting! Many blessings await My people in this time of shaking! Know My voice in this time,” says the Lord, “and come sit at My feet. My voice and My words will nourish and flourish you always!”
“But Martha was distracted by the big dinner she was preparing. She came to Jesus and said, “Lord, doesn’t it seem unfair to you that my sister just sits here while I do all the work? GUARD YOUR HEART
“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” Proverbs 4:23 NIV
“Place a guard upon your heart in this hour! Resist the urge to complain and murmur. Release praise into the atmosphere when things are not going according to your plans. Your praise to Me will shift the atmosphere! Your praise will make room for Me to work! Complaining will keep you immobilized! It will open the door to the evil one!”

STRENGTH RENEWED!
“As you praise Me and continue to wait upon Me, I will renew your strength. I will wash away the weariness and despair. Now, lift your eyes and let hope arise once again! Pay attention and see that a new day is dawning before you! I am the God that makes all things new! Do not look to the former, nor long for how things once were! What I have for you instead is far greater! Behold! The greater is getting ready to be released! Steward this outpouring well and lean upon My wisdom to help you navigate the new path that you are getting ready to step into! Walk hand in hand with Me and stay in close fellowship with Me! Truly, everything that you have need of, I will provide! You will not experience the lack of the former season, for I am taking you out of survival mode! Truly, you will thrive and experience the overflow! I will bless you so you can be a blessing to many! Do not shrink back from where I am taking you,” says the Lord, “for it is far greater!”
