The Lord is Working While You’re Resting!

The Lord is restoring, rejuvenating, and recalibrating many in this season. Enter into His rest and trust the process! He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

In repentance and rest is your salvation. In quietness and trust is your strength (Isaiah 30:15).

Trust in His goodness today! He is making all things new and bringing beauty for ashes. He’s working on your behalf even as you’re resting!

Do Not Fear the Shaking and Transition! The Lord is Doing a New Thing!

See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. | Isaiah 43:19

There is much transition and shift taking place right now. The Lord is bringing His divine order and alignment to longstanding issues and strongholds that have been in need of change. Do not fear the shaking, for the old must die so that the new can come forth. This is now a time to move forward boldly and courageously. The Lord is with you, even as He is leading you into the unknown. Be assured, for truly He is your fire by night and your cloud by day.

I see the Lion of Judah roaring with fierce vengeance over the injustices that His people have experienced. He is moving on the scene, and He is setting the wrongs right. Your Vindicator is working in radical ways in your defense, even as you’ve stayed humble and allowed Him to fight your battles. For truly He gives grace to the humble, but resists the proud (James 4:6).

Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace you will rejoice in your inheritance. And so you will inherit a double portion in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours (Isaiah 61:7).

God is promoting many in this season. He’s giving them double honor where they have experienced shame (Isaiah 61:7). Rapid change and acceleration are upon us, as there will be many ‘suddenlies,’ promotions, and open doors of favor that spring forth in this new season. Keep your eyes on Him, and follow the Lord’s leading. He is with you in the great unknown, and He is preparing a table of blessings and feasting before you in the very presence of your enemies (Psalm 23:5).

The Lord is bringing joy where there has been mourning, giving you beauty for your ashes (Isaiah 61:3). As it is written in the Psalms, He will make you strong, anointing you with the finest oil (Psalm 92:10). Watch now, as your Vindicator does a new thing in your life!

I Am Sending the Rain!

You, O God, sent the reviving rain upon your weary inheritance, showers of blessing to refresh it. | Psalm 68:9 (TPT)

Upon waking up this morning, I felt the sweet and tangible presence of the Lord so strongly that all I could do was weep and worship Him. I was immediately reminded of the Psalms, where it is written, “I long to drink of you, O God, drinking deeply from the streams of pleasure flowing from your presence. My longings overwhelm me for more of you” (Psalm 42:1). I then felt the Lord’s heart of encouragement for His Bride:

I sense Him saying today, “I am sending the rain! The rain of My presence will refresh and revive you. The fire has burned so hot that many of My children have felt little to no strength to move forward; the adversity and seemingly constant onslaught has been intense and pressing. They have felt as though they’ve taken steps forward only to be pushed back again. However, know that it is I who changes the times and seasons. This day I have opened the gates in the spirit realm, and you are passing through!

I will go before you
and will level the mountains;
I will break down gates of bronze
and cut through bars of iron (Isaiah 45:2).

“The prison bars that the enemy has sought to confine you in are swinging wide open, and you are coming out! As it is written in the Book of Isaiah, ‘The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners’” (Isaiah 61:1).

“My Beloved, today I place My signet ring and robe of authority upon you. I say to you well done, My good and faithful servant. You have endured much testing and have come forth pure, even as gold is tried by fire (Job 23:10). You shall now burst forth as a light in the darkness, and you will be one to offer hope to the hopeless.”

In the spirit I saw a battle field with many wounded saints who were laying down their swords. They were bleeding and bruised from all that the enemy had brought against them. Then I saw these burning ones—the ones filled with light—come and release life and hope to the ones who had fallen. Suddenly, the wounded’s strength and vigor were renewed, and they picked upon their swords once again—arising with a fierce fire of determination in their eyes.

I believe that the Lord is saying, “I am calling you to offer My hope to the hopeless ones. For freely you have received, now freely give (Matthew 10:8). You have entered into a kairos season, where you will see prophetic words come to pass that you have been contending for over the years. It’s your time and it’s your season,” declares the Lord!

Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you (Isaiah 60:1).

An Invitation to Linger in His Presence: He Alone Is Your Safe Place!

I stand silently to listen for the one I love, waiting as long as it takes for the Lord to rescue me. For God alone has become my Savior. He alone is my safe place; his wrap-around presence always protects me. For he is my champion defender; there’s no risk of failure with God. So why would I let worry paralyze me, even when troubles multiply around me? | Psalm 62:1-2 (TPT).

I sense that the Lord is sending out an invitation for His Bride to linger in His presence. There are many distractions and worries attempting to hinder your time with Him—keeping you from the secret place—but it is here in that quiet place when you linger with Him that your joy and strength will be renewed.

719D3373-AC2B-46F7-B735-37629CD62268.jpeg

In Song of Songs, Solomon writes about catching the foxes that spoil the blooming vineyards (Song of Songs 2:15). Do not allow the little foxes to spoil or hinder your time with your Bridegroom. Even as Mary chose the better thing and spent time at the feet of Jesus, you will find that as you spend time with your Savior, the pressure of the ‘urgent’ will fade away and soon become very insignificant.

Many are feeling the intense swirling of distractions and opposition, however, the Lord is working mightily behind the scenes in your life. There are surprises and ‘suddenlies’ in store for those who have remained faithful, even during the extreme times of adversity and drought. In the spirit, I see a cloud the size of a man’s hand (1 Kings 18:44). Where you have seen little to no movement, now things will begin to shift rapidly. The rain of the Lord’s blessings are getting ready to be poured out among His people!

Beloved, cast not away your confidence, nor get weary in well doing. Truly your season of reaping is closer than you realize; it’s right there at the door. Continue to linger in the Savior’s presence and be at peace. He is working all things together for your good. Rejoice, for the best is yet to come!

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28).

A Call to Deeper Intimacy: He Is with You in the Quiet Place

This is what the Sovereign Lord, the Holy One of Israel, says: “In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength …” | Isaiah 30:15

Many may be feeling somewhat restless and discouraged, as they have found themselves in a quiet and still season. However, I believe that the Lord’s heart of encouragement would say to you, “Do not fear the stillness, for I am here.” There is an invitation from the Lord to go deeper in your walk with Him during this time. Press into Him as you wait in the secret place. The Lord is wooing His Bride to a place of intimacy as they sit still before Him. Be encouraged, for there are greater measures of His glory and presence to be encountered as you linger with the Bridegroom.

Deep calls to deep at the noise of your waterfalls.
All your waves and your billows have swept over me (Psalm 42:7).

God wants to encourage you today, saying, “Do not fear the silence, Beloved. I have not left you. I am here, as it is written in My Word, ‘You shall seek me, and find me, when you shall search for me with all your heart’ (Jeremiah 29:13).”

F5930ACF-9F09-4FF4-B6A4-2AC4F970C1CB.jpeg

Do not confuse your quiet season as a time of discipline; the opposite is true! Truly the Lord is working mightily beneath the surface and behind the scenes of your life. He is recalibrating many and changing the landscaping of your life. The clouds are clearing, and I see a beautiful new scenery emerging. New life is blooming from what had seemingly been a desert place. You will be found coming up our of the wilderness, leaning heavily on your Beloved (Song of Songs 8:5).

The Lord is jealous for His Bride, and He is relentless in His pursuit of her. In His goodness, He is stirring a holy hunger within you, using this quiet season to draw you nearer to Him. Greater revelation will be released upon you, as you spend time with the Lover of your soul. The Lord desires to share with you the secrets of His heart, for He calls you friend.

“I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you” (John 15:15).

God is leading you beside the still waters. Truly He is with you, and He will never leave your side.

He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the paths of righteousness
for his name’s sake (Psalm 23:2).

An Increase in Governmental Authority

Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David’s throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this. | Isaiah 9:7

I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying today, “There is an increase in governmental authority that I am releasing in this hour. I am bestowing mantles of great influence upon My sons and daughters who have been found faithful; I am releasing keys that will unlock and solve complex problems of this season in which you are currently in,” declares the Lord. “As it is recorded in Isaiah 22:22, ‘I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.’

“I am raising up My fearless ones in this hour; they are change agents and forerunners. Like David, these ones have been trained and prepared during their seasons of hardness and wilderness. Yet all the while, I have been grooming and equipping them to carry the ‘more.’ I am bringing them to the forefront for such a time as this. Truly their seasons of testing and adversity have not been in vain, for now they are now being restored to double!

“I will place a mantle of leadership on the forerunners. They will have an anointing even in the secular world and media, as they will arise and have great influence. They will be a shining light in the darkness, even in area of governmental authority,” says the Lord.

See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant (Jeremiah 1:10).

“I, the Lord, build up and tear down. I am tearing down some ungodly foundations and structures—rebuilding and reestablishing My Kingdom. I will use some of the most unlikely people; the nameless and faceless ones—even those whom the world has rejected and despised—will be the ones I bring to the forefront. For indeed, I use the foolish things of the world to shame the wise (1 Corinthians 1:27).

3D9B1C12-E2DE-4D28-8019-2E07FCD999CC.jpeg

“Fear not the shaking and transition,” says the Lord, “though times of great change and reformation are upon us. Be rest assured in the Lord of Hosts, for it is written, ‘The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it’ (John 1:5). I am on My throne, and I am sovereign,” declares the Lord. “I am in control!”

“Why do the nations conspire and the people plot in vain? Surely My purposes will come to pass. My Spirit is hovering, even now. Watch, as I am bringing revival! I am bringing a refreshing and an outpouring of My Spirit to a dry and weary land. I am fanning the flame, and I am bringing new life to the desert places,” says the Great I AM.

See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the wilderness
and streams in the wasteland (Isaiah 43:19).

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land (2 Chronicles 7:14).

A Deeper Level of Trust and Surrender

The Lord is calling His Bride into a deeper level of trust and surrender in this hour. Many are in that uncomfortable place of transition and the unfamiliar. However, be encouraged: the Lord is with you, and He is mighty in your midst!

BAD55289-945D-4F32-B997-0D28EAE40ED1.jpeg

The LORD your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing (Zephaniah 3:17).

It is imperative to apply Proverbs 3:5 to our lives during this season. We must trust in the Lord with all of our heart, leaning not on our own understanding. As we do, He will be faithful to direct our paths.

There is rapid movement and advancement taking place right now. Many will suddenly be launched, as doors simultaneously begin to open. All the while, I sense the Lord saying, “Stay in an attitude and posture of humility. Guard your heart, for out of it flows the issues of life.” Guard your time in the secret place, and continue to make the Lord your number one priority. As you continue to seek Him first, all of these other things will fall into place (Matthew 6:33).

Perseverance While Under Fire

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. | Isaiah 43:2

Many have been feeling the intensity of the heavy onslaught and warfare that is taking place. However, be encouraged: the Lord is about to reward the perseverance that you carried even as you walked through the fiery trials. As it is written in Isaiah 43:2, “When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.” The truth is that the Lord, Himself, is shielding and protecting you. You are going to come out completely unscathed, with nothing missing and nothing broken.

The Lord is going to give you double for your trouble, even as He did for His servant, Job (Job 42:10). Though these fiery trials have been difficult, know that the Lord has been strengthening your resolve. The enemy has sought to destroy and overwhelm you in this season, but he has not been able to succeed. Instead, the Lord has been allowing you to persevere, even while you were under fire. God is working all things together for your good, and He is using this season to strengthen and refine you.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28).

I hear the Father declaring, “Help is on the way! It is not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,” says the Lord of Hosts (Zechariah 4:6). Continue to praise Him through the storm, and know that this heaviness will soon lift. Very quickly you will experience a new joy and freedom in abundance! Truly our God will turn your mourning into dancing and give you a new song to sing (Psalm 30:11; Psalm 91:1).

Your praise is a powerful weapon against the enemy, and it will cause the very atmosphere to shift. Watch, for you shall overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony (Revelation 12:11). Stand firm and be encouraged today, because the Lord is mighty in your midst. He is bringing you through with a high and uplifted hand, for truly Our God is great in battle.

Your hand will be lifted up in triumph over your enemies, and all your foes will be destroyed (Micah 5:9).

In Training for Ruling and Reigning

Hello, everyone! This is a word that was written by my husband, Jeff. We felt led to share it with you all today. I hope that it encourages you greatly! -Angie

Praise be to the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle. | Psalm 144:1

I felt the Lord say today, “Don’t despise the hardness and kickback that you are feeling from the enemy; these trials are training you for ruling and reigning!”

In the sport of boxing, there is great emphasis on personal training, resistance training, and delivering quick boxing blows all the while being light on your feet. However, what puts the best boxers at the top of their game is their quick ability to read and learn the moves and strategies of their opponent. The elite always know their opponent’s limitations and weaknesses. They will then implement certain strategies to gain the upper edge, thus emerging as the victor. So it is in the spirit realm!

Are you in a battle that you have never been in before? Have you been crying out to God to save you and to remove this burden from you? Is it possible that the Lord is training you to look at this situation from a new angle?

ARMY GENERALS

The best Army Generals know that to win a battle, you take the battle to the enemy. They are on the offense, they are aggressive, and most of all, they are well informed. You see, before any battle, there has been much scouting and studying of the enemy’s camp, tactics, and resources. The best Army Generals learn of the enemy’s weaknesses and will then use that to their advantage, often implementing the element of surprise. He cuts off the supply chain, diverts their attention, and disrupts their lines of communication; He takes over key military positions and strategic vantage points, leaving the enemy in confusion and fear of his impending doom. Ultimately, complete surrender or annihilation is the final result.

size0

Whether we like it or not, the enemy of our souls is studying us, watching us, looking for ways to disrupt your spiritual supply chain from your Heavenly Father. This enemy is looking for ways to take over key military positions in your life, such as stealing your peace. This enemy is looking to take over strategic vantage points in your mind so that you will speak words of lack and death rather than words of abundance and life. This enemy is looking to disrupt your lines of communication with our Heavenly Father by placing distractions in front of you to rob you of your time and energy. Before you know it, you start to get tunnel vision, believing, “This day was just like yesterday and the day before, and the day before that.” You settle for surrender; a life of mediocrity begins to look more and more appealing.

The best Army Generals eliminate all distractions; they have trained themselves to be very focused. So it is with us! Do you find yourself getting frustrated and losing your peace? Get focused, find the source, and set up healthy boundaries to preserve your peace. Eliminate toxic people from your life. Are you tempted to let negative words and ‘death talk’ proceed from your mouth? See this as a challenge for yourself to be intentional and speak life! Even if it sounds weird or feels strange at first, be intentional; train yourself to speak life.

The best Army Generals didn’t become the best because they were born to be the best. No! The best Army Generals became the best because they were intentional on becoming the best. In spiritual warfare, the best Generals strengthen themselves in the Lord and also strengthen their weaknesses. They become focused on the goal or task, and eliminate their distractions; they become intentional to take the battle of the enemy, rather than to wait for the battle to come to them. These ones have learned the tactics and strategies of the enemy and have taken the necessary measures to defend themselves accordingly in order to preserve their peace and carry out their God-given assignment.

soldier-2.jpg

God has called you to be the best you that you can be. Each one of us has a crucial role to play in the Kingdom of God. As it is written in the Word, “Christ is the head of the body” (Colossians 1:18) and “we are the body” (1 Corinthians 12:27). Each one of us is part of a bigger picture, more grand than we can imagine! Big or small, you are needed to play your part. It is time for us to be Army Generals in the Kingdom of God!

Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17), raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 2:6). If we endure, we will also reign with him (2 Timothy 2:12).

The Fragrance of His Presence Is Being Released

His splendor will be like an olive tree, his fragrance like a cedar of Lebanon. People will dwell again in his shade; they will flourish like the grain, they will blossom like the vine—Israel’s fame will be like the wine of Lebanon. | Hosea 14:6-7

There is a sweet fragrance that is being released from the fully surrendered lovers of God who have lingered in His presence. These ones have been like Mary: content to sit at the feet of Jesus and have chosen the better thing, which will not be taken away from them (Luke 10:42). Like grapes, these people have endured much crushing and pruning, yet there is now a sweet fragrance that’s being released from their lives. Just as when a grape is being put in the wine press, the sweet juice is released after the crushing.

BD159E75-359B-4765-A49E-946E825D065E

Be encouraged, for harvest time has come! The pain and crushing that you have endured has not been in vain. Truly your time of harvest is at hand. I see a massive tree that is heavy laden with fruit. Others will come and partake of the ripe and luscious fruit, reaping where you have faithfully sown.

All that you have endured is now being rewarded. The many tears you have cried are producing a great harvest of joy (Psalm 126:5). The long winter season is finally over, and spring has come!

 See! The winter is past;
the rains are over and gone (Song of Songs 2:11).

DE1D28ED-9655-449A-B37B-6F3FFC4E0872

The sweet fragrance that is now being released from you is precious and costly. Others will catch the scent and know that you’ve been in the presence of the King; they will know that you have been brought to the forefront for such a time as this. Steward well all that God is releasing through you and stay humble, for your time of promotion is at hand.

They will be like a tree planted by the water
that sends out its roots by the stream.
It does not fear when heat comes;
    its leaves are always green.
It has no worries in a year of drought
and never fails to bear fruit (Jeremiah 17:8).

Supernatural Advancement and Acceleration in the Month of May!

The Lord is putting many on the fast track during the month of May, accelerating them at a supernatural pace! What has taken some years to attain will seem like only moments to you, as God launches you forward. Like Joseph—when he went from the jail cell to the palace—there will be some who experience an overnight turnaround. Things will happen fast, as it is written in scripture:

“‘Yes indeed, it won’t be long now’ . . . ‘Things are going to happen so fast your head will swim, one thing fast on the heels of the other. Everything will be happening at once—and everywhere you look, blessings! Blessings like wine pouring off the mountains and hills. I’ll make everything right again for my people’” (Amos 9:13-15 MSG).

34CACEC5-78DD-4E52-95B6-2741AEC1905F.jpeg

Stay at peace during this time of rapid acceleration and advancement, and know that the Lord is already going ahead of you and preparing a way (Deuteronomy 31:8). You will be amazed at the places that He takes you, as you will testify that promotion doesn’t come from the east or west, but only from the Lord of Hosts (Psalm 75:6).

The Sword That Cuts Will Be the Sword That Heals!

He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. | John 15:2

Many have experienced such an intense season of pruning that it has left them with a feeling of tremendous loss and sadness, but I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying, “The very sword that cuts will be the sword that heals!”

There are times when a doctor will cauterize a wound. This is a gruesome process of sealing the wound to stop the bleeding. It can be a painful process, but the result brings healing. Many have been walking around with open wounds for an extended period. The Lord is the Master Physician, and in His goodness and wisdom, He is cauterizing the wound so that it will be sealed and will never again cause you pain! The Lord has been dealing with woundings of the soul and has been doing a deep work in the hearts of His people. He is breaking the chains that have once held you in bondage.

Whom the son sets free shall be free indeed (John 8:36).

What has looked and felt like such loss the Lord is going to turn to gain. As you have allowed Him to do the painful but necessary work in you and have trusted the process even when you have not understood, you are now going to soar to new heights with Him. You will leap over the very obstacles that have once been used by the enemy to cause you to stumble greatly. As it is written, “With your help I can advance against a troop; with my God I can scale a wall” (Psalm 18:29).

There are generation change agents that the Lord is bringing out of hiding. These are the ones who have fought and won battles on their knees through many tears and intercession. They, through much travail, have entered through the narrow gate and the Lord is now bringing them to the forefront. What they have done in secret will be rewarded openly (Matthew 6:4). They have continuously and bravely said yes to the call, even though it has seemingly cost them dearly.

Be encouraged, forerunners; where many have misunderstood you and even spoke out against you, God has seen your heart. He is going to restore your honor and bless you beyond what you can imagine! Just as it is written, “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived the things God has prepared for those who love him” (1 Corinthians 2:9).

“And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or fields for my sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life” (Matthew 19:29).

Do not listen to the lies or taunts of the enemy that seeks to tell you that you’re going backward. The very opposite is true; God is now catapulting you forward! You are going to soar to new heights with Him. The intense amount of pruning that you have endured is going to yield a massive harvest in your life. You will be a shade tree to many; they will partake of your fruit and find shelter under your branches.

The Lord will guide you always;
he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land
    and will strengthen your frame.
You will be like a well-watered garden,
like a spring whose waters never fail.
Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins
    and will raise up the age-old foundations;
you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls,
Restorer of Streets with Dwellings (Isaiah 58:11-12).

“Stop Carrying What I Never Intended for You to Carry!”

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverancethe race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. | Hebrews 12:1-2

Cast Your Cares Upon Him

Just recently, I was carrying an armload of things down to my basement. As I was trying to keep everything in my arms, I accidentally dropped an item, and it fell to the floor with a loud thud. This was the second time that it had happened in the span of a couple days. Somewhat exasperated, I prayed, “Lord, help me carry all of this!” His answer somewhat surprised me, as I sense Him say, “Daughter, stop carrying what I never intended you to carry.”

I paused in my tracks, as I sensed a download from Papa God coming to my spirit. Now, I knew that the Lord was not literally telling me to stop carrying the particular items that I had in my arms. But at that particular moment, I recognized that the Lord was highlighting to me that I had been carrying more than I could handle, and that’s why I was dropping things. This picture was symbolic of what I had also been feeling spiritually and emotionally.

Often times the enemy will try to weigh us down with heavy loads so that we become distracted, especially as we are awaiting for answers to ongoing prayers and breakthrough. We may find ourselves unnecessarily, and even subconsciously, trying to carry these burdens that Jesus never intended for us to carry. However, we are told in the Word that His yolk is easy, and His burden is light (Matthew 11:30). The Lord instructs us to cast every worry onto Him, because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). The Bible also tells us not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present our requests to God. “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” (Phillipians 4:6-7).

Peace is a powerful weapon against the enemy. I sense that we are in a season where the Lord is equipping His Bride to hold her peace, regardless of how things may appear in the natural realm. The truth is that we are more than conquerors through Jesus Christ (Romans 8:37). He is our good Shepherd. Be confident that He is leading us beside the still waters, even amidst the turmoil that is taking place in the world.

DBA2F10A-1363-4569-9476-347D9C7CFA1C.jpeg

The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
he refreshes my soul (Psalm 23:1-3)

Run Your Own Race!

While I was recently praying with a dear friend and intercessor, she spoke on the importance of keeping our blinders on. When a horse races, the jockey puts blinders over its eyes so that the horse does not become distracted. The blinders allow the horse to stay focused on the path that is straight ahead. I truly believe that the Lord is saying in this season, “Do not listen to the voices all around you. Put your blinders on, and keep running your race!”

482681C4-08C7-4FE8-9288-D71B7B0B9BDD

“Do not look to the left or right, but keep your eyes focused on Me alone,” says the Lord. Do not worry about the thoughts and opinions of others, nor whether or not they may approve of you. Stay focused on what God has called you to do, and keep moving forward!

God is calling out and raising up many Forerunners and Pioneers in this hour. There will be those who don’t support you, simply because they do not understand the unique call that the Lord has placed on your life. Beloved, do not worry about these things, for truly your Papa’s heart is for you! I believe that the Lord would say today, “Pioneer, keep pressing on. Generations are counting on you; they will come behind and reap where you have faithfully sown and toiled. You are making a difference in both this life and throughout eternity, and all of heaven is cheering you on. I am raising you up for such a time as this.”

As we lay down the burdens that the Lord never intended for us to carry in the first place, we will be open to carry all of the good that He has in store for us. Be encouraged! It is truly a great season, and you are now free to hold the ‘more’ that’s going to be released to you as you stand open handed before Him.

Stand Tall

Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. | Ephesians 6:13

Stand tall, My beloved! Know that My blood speaks a better word over you, even in the face of false accusations and character assassinations (Hebrews 12:24). Always remember who you are and Whose you are. You are mine, and nothing can ever separate you from My love.

What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written:

“For your sake we face death all day long;
we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”

No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 8:31:39).

There will be those who don’t see you rightly. They will make false assumptions about you and dishonor you in their words and speech. However, take no offense, My Bride; love intentionally and radically. For as it is written, “they will know you by your love” (John 13:35). Resist the urge to defend yourself; walk in humility and know that I, Myself, am your vindicator and your defender. Surely I will contend with those who contend with you, and your children I will save (Isaiah 49:25).

For this is what the Lord Almighty says: “After the Glorious One has sent me against the nations that have plundered you—for whoever touches you touches the apple of his eye (Zechariah 2:8).

You are on the right path, though it is narrow and few may follow. Know that I am well pleased with you! I alone am your exceedingly great reward (Genesis 15:1). Keep moving forward and do not grow weary in well doing, for surely you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).

Some may say you’re not qualified, but I, Myself, qualify you. Where man has looked at your outward appearance, I have seen your true heart (1 Samuel 16:7). Do not shrink back, rather stand tall, even in the face of adversity. Heaven is cheering you on, for your life is making a difference in My Kingdom and throughout eternity.

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us (Hebrews 12:1).

Heavenly Wisdom and Keys Are Being Released

I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open. | Isaiah 22:22

For the past several days I have heard the phrase, “Come up higher” resonating in my spirit. I sense that the Spirit of the Lord is saying today, “Come up higher, for as you press into Me and call upon My Name, I will show you great and mighty things that you do not know (Jeremiah 33:3).

I am releasing My heavenly wisdom and keys in this hour to unlock that which had previously been withheld. These keys I am releasing will bring the answers to complex and longstanding issues that have once seemed impossible to fix. Watch as the barriers come down and I release the breakthrough that you have been contending for!

“Your old methods and ways of doing things will not work in your new season. For I am leading you in a way that you have not formerly been, even as a cloud by day and a fire by night. It is imperative that you walk out Proverbs 3:5-6 on a daily basis, as it is written, ‘Trust in the Lord with all of your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all of your ways acknowledge Me, and I will make your path straight.’

“This is truly a water-walking season for you. I am eradicating fear from your life. What had formerly held you back will do so no longer! For you have endured the fire and the process, and you have come forth pure. You are bursting from the cocoon that once confined you, and you will now soar to new heights with Me!

“Resist looking back, beloved. What was from the past season has served its purpose,  but now, I am doing a new thing! Do you not perceive it? (Isaiah 43:19) Your wilderness season has equipped and trained you, and now you are prepared to carry the ‘more’ that I have in store.”

Praise be to the Lord my Rock,
who trains my hands for war,
my fingers for battle (Psalm 144:1).

“You are now equipped to release and impart to others the same freedom that you have received. I will make you My mouthpiece; you will be on display and your life will bring Me glory!”

You will be a crown of splendor in the Lord’s hand, a royal diadem in the hand of your God (Isaiah 62:3). For before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations (Jeremiah 1:5).

Hidden in Christ

“For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.” | Colossians 3:3

“My bride, you are highly favored and highly protected! Your life is hidden in Christ. I am a wall of fire around you, and My glory is in your very midst (Zechariah 2:5). Do not look at the winds and the waves that would seek to take your attention off of Me. Rather, open your mouth and declare, “Peace be still!” For I have given you all authority, and nothing by any means shall harm you (Luke 10:19).

“Know that even now I am working behind the scenes of your life. Truly I am making way for you where there would appear to be no way. (Isaiah 43:18-19). I am aligning things; I am bringing My order to the chaos that you have been experiencing,” says the Lord. “Watch, for am setting the table for you! You will feast in the very presence of your enemies (Psalm 23:5).”

“Don’t be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day you began to pray for understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your request has been heard in heaven. I have come in answer to your prayer” (Daniel 10:12).

“From the very first day, you cried out to Me. I have heard your prayers, even as I did with Daniel. Do not fret or worry about anything, rather pray about everything (Philippians 4:6)! I am sending you reinforcements; help is on the way!

“Your praise will proceed your breakthrough. I know the battle has been intense, nevertheless, be encouraged! Your breakthrough and victory are about to manifest. Cast not away your confidence, My beloved, for I am leading and guiding you. I am making a road in the wilderness. Come up higher and see from My vantage point. For I tell you today, things are not what they seem. Indeed, there are more for you than against you (2 Kings 6:15-17). Praise Me in advance for what I am about to do!

“The One who breaks open the way will go up before them; they will break through the gate and go out. Their King will pass through before them, the LORD at their head” (Micah 2:13).

“I am preparing the way for you; I am going before you and breaking down the barriers. Be at rest, for I am perfecting all that concerns you. Your victory is assured, and truly your best days are ahead of you. For I know the plans I have for you, plans to give you a hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11),” declares the Lord!

“Rise Up, Forerunner!”

Forerunner, rise up! Keep moving forward! You are My braveheart, My fearless warrior. Though you have been tried by the fire, you have become refined like gold; you have come forth pure through the flame. Surely My hand is upon you, and My goodness and mercy shall follow you all of your days (Psalm 23:6). For even now, I am preparing a table for you in the presence of your enemies.

You, My Forerunner, are plowing a new and uncharted path. Sometimes the path seems unclear and dimly lit, but know that I—the Lord your God—am leading you as a fire by night and a cloud by day. Be encouraged, for surely generations upon generations will come behind you and reap where you have faithfully sown. I will shower My love upon your bloodline, for you have kept my commandments and have honored Me with your love.

I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments (Exodus 20:5-6).

Though you may feel weak, I am calling you strong. Though you presently feel weary, even now I am imparting new strength into you. Surely you shall run and not grow weary; you shall walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31).

I am well pleased with you, Forerunner. You are breaking up the hard ground as you declare the promises of My Word and follow where I am leading you. As it is written, “‘Is not my word like as a fire?’ says the Lord; ‘and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?’” (Jeremiah 23:29). Lift your head up, for you shall be called Repairer of Broken Walls and Repairer of Streets with Dwellings (Isaiah 58:12). Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn (Isaiah 60:3).

Don’t quit, My precious child! For surely you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). I am causing the wind of My Spirit to blow away the cobwebs of the things that have sought to hinder you. Though you may feel there are boulders all around you, I am clearing a path. I am going before you, making your crooked places straight and the rough places smooth (Isaiah 46:2). Rise up, My beloved Forerunner! Clothe yourself with strength, for truly the victory is yours.

But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:57).

Glory From Ashes

“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.” | Isaiah 60:1

For the past several days, I have been hearing the phrase, “Out of the ashes, My glory will rise,” resonating in my spirit. Today I sense that the Lord is saying, “Out of the very ashes of past discouragement, heartache, and despair, My very glory will rise! I am turning your ashes into beauty, and I am giving you joy for a spirit of heaviness. I am giving you your breath back, and you’ll be able to breathe easily once again. You will drink deeply of My peace, being able to say with confidence, ‘It is well with my soul,’” says the Lord.

The Lord has been doing a deep work in the hearts of many during this hour. Though it has been painful, these ones have given Him their ‘yes’ and have not only endured, but have embraced the refining process. They have been through the fire, and now they are coming forth pure, refined like the gold!

But he knows the way that I take;
when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold (Job 23:10).

The Lord is roaring His freedom over His Bride! For it was for freedom that He has set you free (Galatians 5:1). Truly the prison doors are flinging wide open, and you are coming out of captivity and into His freedom! Look, as the grave clothes have been stripped away, and He has clothed you with new garments (Zechariah 3:4).

The Lord is calling you by a new name (Isaiah 62:2). It is time to walk forward, and no longer look back. You will be one who bursts open the ancient gates and rebuild the ruins of former generations (Isaiah 58:12). The Son of Righteousness is arising with healing in His wings! Rejoice, for it’s a brand new day!

But for you who fear My name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings; and you will go forth and skip about like calves from the stall (Malachi 4:2).

Encouragement From Papa’s Heart

I felt to release a short word of encouragement from Papa’s heart to those who are currently feeling battle weary. I believe the Lord is saying, “My Bride, you are lovely to Me, even in your weakness. I am undone by just one glance from your eye” (Song of Songs 4:9). Refuse to allow the enemy’s condemnation or words of accusation to take root in you. Rather, gird yourself with My truth, for My strength is made perfect even in your weakeness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

“Lean in close to My heart and hear the love song I’m singing over you today:

The Lord your God is with you,
the Mighty Warrior who saves.
He will take great delight in you;
in his love he will no longer rebuke you,
but will rejoice over you with singing (Zephaniah 3:17).

“Come rest in and be refreshed by My presence. Cease your worrying and striving, and let those burdens fall to the wayside. Have I not said in My Word that I will contend with that which contends with you (Isaiah 49:25)? For I am your high tower; I am your shield and your safety.

The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold (Psalm 18:2).

“Nothing, by any means, shall harm you (Luke 10:19). Enter into My rest today and be confident that I am working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).”

Have no fear of sudden disaster or of the ruin that overtakes the wicked (Proverbs 3:25).

I’m Righting the Wrongs and Restoring Your Honor

At that time I will deal with all who oppressed you. I will rescue the lame; I will gather the exiles. I will give them praise and honor in every land where they have suffered shame. | Zephaniah 3:19

“Beloved, fear not when men falsely accuse you and speak all kinds of evil against you for My sake. Truly you are blessed, for My Spirit of glory rests upon you! (Matthew 5:11, 1 Peter 4:14).

“You are a sweet fragrance unto Me, My Bride. Like Mary, you have chose the better thing (Luke 10:42). For there have been those who have not seen you correctly, nor have they honored your decision to place Me at the center of your life. Yet you have sought to please me above the opinion of man, even the opinions of those close to you. I know that you have experienced slander and false judgements, as the enemy has sought to use these against you. As hard as it has been—even through the pain, tears, and heartache—you have continued to bless, forgive, and release those who have come against you. You have remained humble and have not sought to defend yourself, rather you have continually trusted Me and cried out of My vindication in your life. Beloved, know that I honor the choice you’ve made to continually put Me first, even at all costs.

“Truly I tell you, the appointed time is now! Like a mighty warrior, I will now arise on your behalf. In this season, I am going to right the wrongs and restore your honor and name. My very favor and blessings on your life will silence the voices of your foes and your accusers!”

But the LORD is with me like a mighty warrior; so my persecutors will stumble and not prevail. (Jeremiah 20:11).

For thus said the LORD of hosts, after his glory sent me to the nations who plundered you, for he who touches you touches the apple of his eye (Zechariah 2:8).

“Watch now, as I bless you and prepare a banqueting table of feasting for you in the very presence of your enemies (Psalm 23:5). I have seen your heart, even when others have not seen it correctly. (For man looks at the outward appearance, but I see the heart—1 Samuel 16:7).

“I see the cost and the price you have paid, Beloved. Cast not away your confidence, for I am the rewarder of those who diligently seek Me (Hebrews 11:6). I’m going to right the wrongs and restore your honor,” declares the Lord.

The nations will see your righteousness,
And all kings your glory;
And you will be called by a new name
Which the mouth of the LORD will designate.
You will also be a crown of beauty in the hand of the LORD,
And a royal diadem in the hand of your God.

It will no longer be said to you, “Forsaken,”
Nor to your land will it any longer be said, “Desolate”;
But you will be called, “My delight is in her,”
And your land, “Married”;
For the LORD delights in you,
And to Him your land will be married.

For as a young man marries a virgin,
So your sons will marry you;
And as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride,
So your God will rejoice over you (Isaiah 62:2-5).

Your Valley of Baca Will Become a Place of Springs!

As they pass through the Valley of Baca, they make it a place of springs;
the autumn rains also cover it with pools. | Psalm 84:6

Recently, I was worshiping at church when I had an encounter with the Lord. My husband and I were standing beside each other with our arms raised as we were praising God. We—and I believe many others, as well—have been walking through some challenging situations. Yet as my husband and I were worshiping, I saw Jesus. He was standing in front of us in a white robe, and His arms were extended out to us. As Jesus placed His hands on my husband and I, I could feel the strength, peace, and deep love that He was imparting into us.

What a powerful and tangible picture of how our Lord intercedes for us!

Christ Jesus is He who died, yes, rather who was raised, who is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us (Romans 8:34).

Then the vision changed, and my husband and I were now walking with Jesus through a dark place. Immediately I understood that the darkness represented our current circumstances. Even then, Jesus was our good Shepherd, leading us with a staff in His hand. I was instantly reminded of the familiar passage in the Psalms that says, “Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me” (Psalm 23:4).

The final picture of this encounter then came before me, and it was so encouraging! All of a sudden, we emerged out of the darkness. Instantaneously there was light and vivid colors all around us. Lush, beautiful flowers appeared everywhere, and there was a sense of incredible joy. It was such a glorious sight to behold, and I was astounded at how we instantly went from a place of such darkness to light. “For You light my lamp; the Lord my God illumines my darkness” (Psalm 18:28).

The wilderness and the desert will be glad,
And the Arabah will rejoice and blossom;
Like the crocus (Isaiah 35:1).

43DF6143-8D94-4C6B-8F35-F0BD1F7EBFD1

I felt to release this encounter to the body of Christ today as an encouragement. Whatever you are currently facing in your life, Jesus—the true, good Shepherd—is making intercession for you, leading you through the hills and valleys. His rod and staff will comfort you, for He is mighty in your midst!

The Lord your God is in your midst,
A victorious warrior.
He will exult over you with joy,
He will be quiet in His love,
He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy (Zephaniah 3:17).

I am reminded of Psalm 84:6, which says, “As they pass through the Valley of Baca, they make it a place of springs.” The word Baca, itself, represents weeping. I truly believe that the Lord is taking our very places of weeping and turning them into joy!

The Lord would say to you today, “Your very tears have been watering and fertilizing the harvest that is ready to spring forth!” Be encouraged that the Lord has been working behind the scenes in your life, despite how things may feel right now in the natural. He is weaving His pattern of good through all of your circumstances, both big and small alike. As it is written, “we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose” (Romans 8:28).

Let hope arise! Surely your valley of Baca wil now become a place of springs!

He who goes to and fro weeping, carrying his bag of seed,
Shall indeed come again with a shout of joy, bringing his sheaves with him (Psalm 126:6).

The Last Shall Become First!

But many who are first will be last, and many who are last will be first. | Matthew 19:30

I hear the Lord saying today, “The last shall become the first, and the least shall become the greatest! Just as it is written in the book of Isaiah, ‘The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation. I am the Lord; in its time I will do this swiftly’ (Isaiah 60:22).

“I am calling forth my Davids, Josephs, and Esthers in this very hour. These are the ones the world has rejected, despised, and deemed unworthy; yet in this season, I am calling them to the frontlines. You have been like David, faithfully tending the sheep behind the scenes, all the while making Me your heart’s delight. You have been like Joseph, for while you were in the pit, you trusted in Me. You have been like Esther, for even in your season of hiding, I have been training you for such a time as this, and I will use you greatly. For I, the Lord, do not look on the outward appearance, but at the heart (Samuel 16:7).

”Truly you will receive honor instead of your former shame, as it is written in My Word,” says the Lord.

Instead of shame and dishonor, you will enjoy a double share of honor (Isaiah 61:7).

“I am raising up My change agents, and they shall come forth from obscurity and take the world by storm! They will be humble in heart, yet move out in such power and authority. They have been trained on the backside of the desert, and now they are coming out, leaning on their Beloved” (Song of Songs 8:5).

Praise the Lord, who is my rock. He trains my hands for war and gives my fingers skill for battle (Psalm 144:1).

“My people know who they are and they know Whose they are. These ones have not sought a platform, rather their number one desire has been to know Me and to make Me known. Watch, as others will see My approval and vindication on your life. Truly you have found favor in My sight,” declares the Lord.

For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord bestows favor and honor. No good thing does he withhold from those who walk uprightly (Psalm 84:11).

Radical Love

And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. | 1 Corinthians 13:13

The Lord is highlighting the importance of love in this season. I sense Him saying, “Beloved, don’t run from difficult people or circumstances, rather draw upon Me for My wisdom and insight. Allow My love to overflow in you and even spill out over those you find difficult to love, yourself. For My strength is made perfect in your weakness (1 Corinthians 12:9). Freely you have received My love, so freely give it away (Matthew 10:18).

“I am calling you to lay down any walls of defense and step out once again into My radical love. It is written in My Word, ‘You are to owe no man anything other than to love him’ (Romans 13:8). For as your ways are pleasing to Me, I will cause even your enemies to be at peace with you (Proverbs 16:7). Stay in a posture of meekness and humility, as you continue to abide in Me. The light that I have placed inside of you is greater than the darkness, and surely the darkness shall not overcome!”

The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it (John 1:5).

“In many ways you have felt like Joseph: lied about, falsely accused, and seemingly thrown into a pit by those close to you. Yet I would say to you, love extravagantly and without reserve! Pay no attention to a suffered wrong (1 Corinthians 13:5). Do not seek to defend yourself, for it is mine to avenge; I will repay (Romans 12:20),” says the Lord. “Where you have suffered injustices, trust Me to make it right. I, alone, am your vindication and your defense. Even as I made Myself of no reputation (Philippians 2:7), I am calling you to do the same. What has been done in secret will be brought into the light (Mark 4:22). Watch, as My hand of favor and vindication shall lift you out of that pit!”

He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; He set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand (Psalm 40:2).

“As you allow yourself to be a conduit of My radical love and blessing, you will experience a greater freedom and joy than you have previously known or experienced! For it was for freedom that I have set you free (Galatians 5:1).

Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends (John 15:13).

Keep Moving Forward

I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. | Philippians 3:14

“Keep moving forward, Beloved! There will be people in your life, even some who were once close to you, who will refuse to see you as the new creation I have called you to be. They’ll attempt to keep you hemmed in, trying to define you by the things of your past. However, remain confident that My blood speaks a better word over you (Hebrews 12:24). You are not who the world says you are; you are My beloved child in whom I am well pleased.

“Like the caterpillar, you have crawled out of the tight place of restriction and confinement that once held you in bondage. Now I have brought you into a wide and spacious place, because My delight is in you (Psalm 18:19). You will continue to soar to new heights with Me, and the world will be amazed by the places I take you!”

He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; He set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand (Psalm 40:2).

“Do not be swayed by the thoughts and opinions of others, for even as it is written in My Word, “When a man’s ways are pleasing to the Lord, I make even his enemies to be at peace with him” (Proverbs 16:7). You owe nothing to anyone except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law (Romans 13:8). Though the path seems lonely at times, keep moving forward, just as a brave soldier marches into battle. I will open up the way before you and turn your darkness into light.

030C345A-C77F-4579-A2DB-4E705F58A3C6.jpeg

I will lead the blind by a way they do not know, in paths they do not know I will guide them. I will make darkness into light before them and rugged places into plains. These are the things I will do, and I will not leave them undone (Isaiah 42:16).

“Alignment is key in this season. Stay aligned with Me, and trust in where I lead. I will send you reinforcements, people who will celebrate and partner with you, to help carry out the God-given visions and assignments that I’ve placed within you. Be strong and courageous, for I, the Lord, am with you! Everywhere your foot treads, I will give you the land,” says the Lord!

Arise in Your Authority

And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus. | Ephesians 2:6

“My Bride, I am calling you to arise and walk in the fullness of your authority, even as I have given you the very authority to overcome all the power of the enemy. Truly nothing—by any means—shall harm you,” says the Lord (Luke 10:19). “For as it is written, ‘whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven’ (Matthew 18:18).

EF9361C9-9AB5-49E3-BD26-71FB25DA5A6B

“This is not a time to relent or retreat, Beloved. Rather, this is a time to wield your sword and walk forward confidently into your new territory. For indeed, I am enlarging and expanding you, and you will spread out to the right and to the left (Isaiah 54:2-3).

“Be assured that everything I have has been made available to you, My Bride! I will withhold nothing from you, for indeed, you are seated with Me in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6). Be encouraged today, as I am calling forth My sons and daughters to rule and reign as they walk in their rightful authority in Me,” declares the Lord.

I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open (Isaiah 22:22).
