You Are Coming Forth Completely New!

I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. | Psalm 118:17

The Lord’s heart is extended towards the battle weary: the ones who feel they have nothing left to offer. As the saying goes, “When we are down to nothing, He is up to something!”

It says in Isaiah 42:3-4, “A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out. In faithfulness he will bring forth justice; he will not falter or be discouraged till he establishes justice on earth. ” Many have felt as though situations in their lives have gone from bad to worse, as the enemy has been tormenting them and whispering the lie that things will never change. However, the very opposite is true. The Lord wants to encourage you today that the areas where you’ve experienced the most struggle will be the very areas where you will see the greatest breakthrough manifest! Truly He is going to make your valley of Baca a place of springs (Psalm 84:6).

Your pain will pay! You will arise out of the very ashes of despair and come forth with new vigor, strength, and joy!

For the past few weeks, I’ve been continually hearing the word reset resonating in my spirit. I sense that the Lord is resetting His people, breaking off old mindsets and mentalities. Just like when a computer is rebooted or upgraded with new programming, so the Lord is also resetting His people, expanding them to carry the ‘new wine’—the new increase—that He is pouring out to His Bride.

“Neither do people pour new wine into old wineskins. If they do, the skins will burst; the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved” (Matthew 9:17).

The Lord is honoring the radical obedience and faithfulness of His children. These are the ones who have been one hundred percent sold out to Him! They have laid down they reputation, saying, “Father, I’ll go where You tell me to go, and I’ll say what You want me to say!” They have given Him their ‘yes,’ even when many of them have suffered greatly. Some have even been slandered and falsely accused. Now the Lord is arising on their behalf. Behold! His reward is with him! (Revelation 22:12). They will experience double recompense in the very areas where they’ve suffered! Truly God is clearing their names and righting all of the wrongs.

No longer will they call you Deserted, or name your land Desolate. But you will be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah; for the Lord will take delight in you, and your land will be married (Isaiah 62:4).

I see a picture of the Lion of Judah roaring over His people with mighty vindication and recompense, as they have remained humble and have not sought to defend themselves. Even now, the Lord is setting the table for you to dine in the very presence of your enemies (Psalm 23:5). He is pouring out His healing balm, binding up the broken hearted!

Many are feeling as though they’ve lost their joy due to the longevity and intensity of the battle, but the Lord is going to restore your laughter even ten times greater than it was before! Just as it says in Psalm 126:

When the Lord restored the fortunes of Zion,
we were like those who dreamed.
Our mouths were filled with laughter,
our tongues with songs of joy.
Then it was said among the nations,
“The Lord has done great things for them.”
The Lord has done great things for us,
and we are filled with joy (Psalm 126:1-3).

Hold on, people of God! Do not cast away your confidence! Just when it seems as though there’s no hope, the Lord is now coming on the scene to do what only He can do. He is fighting for you, you need only to be still (Exodus 14:14). He is making all things completely new! The breakthrough that you will experience will be bigger and greater than anything you have formerly known or experienced. Watch, as you will see and know the goodness of God in the land of the living (Psalm 27:18).

Let hope arise! You are coming forth completely new!

Trust Me in Transition

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. | Proverbs 3:5-6

“Trust Me in transition and be willing to hold all things loosely. There is much change taking place right now. Though this can be an uncomfortable (and even messy) process, know that I have your best interest in mind and that I am working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are going forward, not backwards, despite how things may look or feel; for truly My ways and thoughts are higher than yours (Isaiah 55:8-9).

“Do not fear the road bumps, nor the unexpected twists and turns along the way; trust Me and be assured that we will reach the desired destination. Enjoy the journey and refuse to borrow trouble from tomorrow (Matthew 6:34). There is grace for today, and My mercies are new every morning. You are safe with Me, My Beloved! I am leading you and guiding you. I will be your cloud by day and your fire by night (Exodus 14:19-20). I am bringing you to a good place; I am freeing you from past entanglements, and you will know in this season what it is to travel light. Trust me in transition,” says the Lord!

Your Praise Will Open Up the Way

Lift up your heads, O you gates!
And be lifted up, you everlasting doors!
And the King of glory shall come in.
Who is this King of glory?
The Lord strong and mighty,
The Lord mighty in battle.
Lift up your heads, O you gates!
Lift up, you everlasting doors!
And the King of glory shall come in. | Psalm 24:7-9

Your praise will open up the way! The King of glory is coming on the scene, for He inhabits the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3). He is fighting your battles and bringing vindication where you have experienced injustices. The Lord has you surrounded; truly there are more for you than against you.

God is calling you to more! He is inviting you to come up to higher ground, above the noise and distractions. As you give Him the honor due to His name, those burdens and distractions will no longer weigh you down. Our God is the King of glory, mighty in battle, and worthy of our praise.

Do Not Retreat!

The enemy is putting up a lot of smoke and mirrors right now, trying to intimidate many of the Lord’s forerunners; he wants to get them to turn back because the giants in the land seem too big (Numbers 13:32-33). Even so, I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying today, “The enemy is trying to intimidate you because he is terrified at the grounds you are taking. However, do not retreat or relent, rather set your face like flint (Isaiah 50:7) and continue to walk forward,” says the Lord.

“There are more for you than against you. Be encouraged, for everywhere your foot treads I will give you the land (Joshua 1:3)! This is your time and this is your season,” declares the Lord. “Be bold and courageous, and keep walking forward! Do not retreat, for I will be with you wherever you go. Your victory is assured,” declares the Lord of Hosts!

Your Anchor Holds

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. | Romans 8:38-39

In the Lord’s goodness, He is exposing all that has been hidden in darkness. Yet even amidst the shaking, as things are beginning to come to the light, the righteous will be lifted up (Psalm 75:10). Continue to intercede and maintain a heart posture of humility. As you continue to follow the Lord’s leading and walk in obedience to Him, be assured that He will cause your enemies to be at peace with you (Proverbs 16:7).

Your life will be brighter than noonday, and darkness will become like morning (Job 11:17).

Many are feeling unbalanced and in somewhat of a fog due to all the transition that is taking place, but be encouraged! Our God is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). Your anchor holds as you remain rooted in Christ, the One who never changes!

Beloved: you have nothing to fear, for truly nothing can separate us from the love of God (Romans 8:39). He will not fail you, nor will He ever leave your side. Even during turbulent times, the Lord will lead you beside the still waters; He will restore your soul (Psalm 23:3). Just as God led His people out of Egypt, He alone is your fire by night and your very cloud by day. Be strong and courageous, for your anchor holds!

Come Away With Me

“The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life.” | Revelation 22:17

The Lord continues to woo His bride into a place of deeper intimacy and encounters with Himself. Oh, how He longs to be with us! We are the apple of His eye, just as it is written in Song of Solomon:

“You have stolen my heart, my sister, my bride; you have stolen my heart with one glance of your eyes” (Song of Solomon 4:9).

Even in the midst of the distractions, transitions, and shaking that are taking place, I believe the Lord is calling us to come away with Him. Truly, better is one day in His courts than thousands elsewhere (Psalm 84:10).

I believe the Lord would encourage you today, saying, “Continue to press into Me above the noise, and you will hear My still small voice. I will make your crooked places straight and your rough places smooth (Isaiah 45:2). I will speak peace to your raging storms. My peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you (John 14:27). Truly, all you have need of is found solely in Me. As you continue to linger and abide in My presence, those burdens and cares will melt away. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light. Come to Me and I will give you rest (Matthew 11:28-30). By Me and through Me, all things are being held together.”

“He is before all things, and in him all things hold together” (Colossians 1:17).

“Your very life is in My hands, and you are safe with Me,” says the Lord. Fear not and fret not, My love. I’m calling you to come away with Me.”

The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever (Psalm 23).

All That Is Hidden Will Be Revealed

For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open. | Luke 8:17

There is a great unveiling that is taking place in this very hour! All that was once hidden is now being brought to the light, for as it says in 1 Corinthians 4:5, “He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart.” Even so, I believe that the Lord would say to His Bride today, “Beloved, do not fear the shaking; I am shaking all that can be shaken, but what has been established in Me shall remain. I am a just God, and whatever a man sows, he shall surely reap (Galatians 6:7).”

At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, “Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.” The words “once more” indicate the removing of what can be shaken—that is, created things—so that what cannot be shaken may remain. Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our “God is a consuming fire” (Hebrews 12:26-29).

“Do not fear all that is being exposed, for though the darkness is getting darker, My light is ever increasing. Those who have given their all to serve Me—being faithful, even in the little—will be promoted, for I will make them ruler over much. However, to those who have continually sown discord and have been unfaithful, they too shall reap what they have sown. For though I build up, I also tear down (Jeremiah 31:28).

The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it (John 1:5).

“I am roaring My vindication in this hour! I am exposing the corruptions and deceitful things that have been taking place in the political arena. It is written in Proverbs that in My hand the king’s heart is a stream of water that I direct whichever way I choose (Proverbs 21:1). I urge you, America, to pray for your President and all those in authority that it may go well with you. As it says in My Word, ‘Pray…for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness’ (1 Timothy 2:2). My hand is on President Trump, for I have put a praying man in office. While he is not perfect, his heart is turned towards Me, and I honor him. I am calling you to honor him, as well, and to help hold up his arms in battle; your prayers and petitions are powerful and availith much (James 5:16).

“I am calling My people back to a place of prayer. As it is written, ‘if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land’ (2 Chronicles 7:14).

“My Bride, it is time to come together as a unified front; a house or nation that is divided against itself cannot stand (Matthew 12:25), but where there is unity, I command My blessing (Psalm 133).

I am calling forth My fearless warriors to the frontlines! These ones have paid a price that few will ever understand. They are My sold-out and laid-down lovers of God; they cannot be bought or sold, going where I tell them to go and saying what I tell them to say. These ones have rid themselves of the fear and opinions of man, and the number one desire of their hearts has been to know Me and to make Me known!

“Now My warriors are arising from their place of hiddenness and obscurity. I am calling these ones to be generation changers, for they will take the world by storm! They will confound and offend those with religious, man-made mindsets. For just as it is written, ‘God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise’ (1 Corinthians 1:27). Even though they may be hated by the world, these are My chosen ones, and they have found great favor in My sight.

“Beloved, be encouraged! Even out of the very ashes, My glory is arising. I am shaking My Bride from her place of apathy and calling her back to her first Love. She will be found coming out of the wilderness, leaning on her Beloved (Song of Songs 8:5). Many will see, know, and place their trust in Me at the sight of it! So arise, shine, for your light has come, and My glory rises upon you (Isaiah 60:1),” says the Lord!

A Harvest on the Tears You Have Sown

Those who go out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with them. | Psalm 126:6 (NIV)

The Lord continues to speak to me on the season of harvest that we are entering into. Many of you have sown with your tears through prayer and intercession. I believe that the Lord wants to encourage you today, saying, “Your season of reaping is at hand! For as it is written, ‘Those who go out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with them’” (Psalm 126:6).

Beloved, weeping may endure for a night, but truly joy will come in the morning (Psalm 30:5). I see a new day dawning for the Bride of Christ, as the Lord is redeeming the heartache and trauma of your former season. You will be found coming up out of the wilderness, leaning heavily on your Beloved (Song of Songs 8:5).

The Lord is making all things new (Isaiah 43:19). He is making beauty for ashes and giving you garments of praise for a spirit of heaviness. Now watch, as the Lord redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with loving kindness (Psalm 103:4). Truly your best days are at hand!

The King Is Extending His Scepter to You

The king extended the golden scepter to Esther. So Esther arose and stood before the king. | Esther 8:4

Recently, my husband and I attended our small group for a time of worship and prayer. While we were engaged in praise, singing “The Lion and the Lamb” by Bethel Music, I had a vision where I was standing before Jesus. A portion of the song’s chorus—“Who can stop the Lord almighty?”—was playing loudly as I locked eyes with the Son of God. Jesus then placed a crown upon my head and He extended His scepter to me. I began to weep and immediately fell to my knees, worshiping Him and placing my crown at His feet. I knew, just like Esther, I had found favor with my King.

The king loved Esther more than all the women, and she found favor and kindness with him more than all the virgins, so that he set the royal crown on her head and made her queen instead of Vashti (Esther 2:17).

As I have pondered this vision, I sense the Lord’s heart of encouragement towards His Bride: “My Beloved, I am extending My scepter to you in this very hour. The courts of heaven are ruling in your favor, and justice is being served! I, Myself, will silence the voice of the accuser, and I will condemn every other tongue of judgement that may try to rise against you. For who can stop the Lord, Almighty?

No weapon that is formed against you will prosper;
And every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn.
This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,
And their vindication is from Me,” declares the Lord (Isaiah 54:17).

“Like Esther, your prayers and petitions have continually come before Me, and now I am granting your request:

Then the king said to her, “What is troubling you, Queen Esther? And what is your request? Even to half of the kingdom it shall be given to you.”

“When a king chooses to extend his scepter, it trumps all other protocols and opinions of others. As it is written in Romans 9:15, ‘I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.’ My Bride, just like Esther, you have found much favor in My sight. I am calling you forth from your place of hiddenness and obscurity for such a time as this” (Esther 4:14).

For he says, “In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.” I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2).

“Your long season of waiting and preparation has not been in vain. I tell you, now is the time of My favor! Where man has looked at you and deemed you unqualified, I, Myself, qualify you,” says the Lord. “You have continuously given Me your ‘yes,’ and have walked boldly and courageously with Me into this new, uncharted territory. Truly your wilderness season of isolation has prepared you. I will now place a new mantle of influence and authority upon you, giving you a portion among the great. For I raise the poor from the dust, and lift the needy from the ash heap. I seat them with princes, and have them inherit a throne of honor” (1 Samuel 2:8).

You let people ride over our heads; we went through fire and water, but you brought us to a place of abundance (Psalm 66:12).

“Even as with Esther, you have not sought to make a name for yourself, but rather your number one desire has been intimacy with your King—to know Me and to make Me known. I am now extending My scepter to you and bringing you to the forefront! Do not fear; be bold and courageous, and know that I am with you wherever you go” (Joshua 1:9).

Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you. See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples,
but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn (Isaiah 60:1-3).

Watch Me Defend You

Place me like a seal over your heart, like a seal on your arm. | Song of Songs 8:6

“Continue to let me defend you, My Beloved! For you are My treasure, and I take great delight in you. Even now, I am working on your behalf; My justice will soon burst forth in radical and unseen ways. I will silence the voice of the naysayers, the critics, and those who have falsely accused you (even as you’ve made Me your highest heart’s delight and have set your face like flint amidst the onslaught).

“I honor you, My Bride. You have not looked to the right nor to the left; you have kept your heart pure, even saying through the tears, ‘Father forgive them, they know not what they do.’ Now watch, as I Myself defend you, restoring your honor and your name! I am bringing about my swift vindication and recompense in your life. I am preparing a table for you even in the very presence of your enemies. You are marked, you are chosen, and you are highly favored and esteemed of Me,” declares the Lord of hosts!

Sowing Into “Living With Confidence”

Hi, friends!I just wanted to thank you for following my blog. It is my honor and privilege to bring forth these prophetic words of the Lord to you. This has truly been an amazing journey for me, as I had stepped out several years ago in obedience to the Lord by starting up this blog and sharing the words that He has spoken to me.

The Lord continues to amaze me by His faithfulness. Living With Confidence is in a season of growth and transition, and I am excited at all that the Lord is doing with this ministry. I have recently felt led to add a ‘donate’ button for those who may be desiring to sow into LWC. As I have previously stated, it is my absolute honor and privilege to have the opportunity to minister to you and bring forth words from the Lord. There is not, and never will be, a financial charge for the prophetic words. I simply want to be obedient to the leading of the Holy Spirit and give those who may be feeling led to sow into this ministry the opportunity to do so. Your gifts are received with gratitude and appreciation, as we move forward and expand to reach even more people.

I pray God’s continued blessing and encouragement over you all.

In Christ’s Love,
Angie Stolba

Abide In Me

“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” | John 15:5

“My child, I am calling you to cease your striving and to begin abiding. Apart from Me you can do nothing, but through Me you can do all things (John 15:5).

“In this season of rapid acceleration, change, and increase, it is vital that you continue to remain and abide in Me. There will continue to be many things (some of which are even good) clamoring for your attention and affection. Refuse to let the urgent take priority over the important. Make Me your number one priority, and all of the other things will fall into place.”

Take delight in the Lord,
and he will give you the desires of your heart (Psalm 37:4).

“The enemy would seek to overwhelm you and distract you with all that is at hand, but be encouraged: with My blessing, there will be no added sorrow (Proverbs 10:22). This is truly a “walking on water” season for you, My Beloved! Prepare to ride the wave of increase and elevation, for I am taking you to a higher place.

“In the book of Daniel it is written, “the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits” (Daniel 11:32). By Me and through Me you shall do exploits! Fear not, for I have given you everything that you need. You are equipped to navigate the waters of this new season. Surely no good thing will I withhold from those who are called according to My purposes (Psalm 84:11). You are called, appointed, and chosen for such a time as this,” says the Lord!

The Lord is Working While You’re Resting!

The Lord is restoring, rejuvenating, and recalibrating many in this season. Enter into His rest and trust the process! He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

In repentance and rest is your salvation. In quietness and trust is your strength (Isaiah 30:15).

Trust in His goodness today! He is making all things new and bringing beauty for ashes. He’s working on your behalf even as you’re resting!

Do Not Fear the Shaking and Transition! The Lord is Doing a New Thing!

See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. | Isaiah 43:19

There is much transition and shift taking place right now. The Lord is bringing His divine order and alignment to longstanding issues and strongholds that have been in need of change. Do not fear the shaking, for the old must die so that the new can come forth. This is now a time to move forward boldly and courageously. The Lord is with you, even as He is leading you into the unknown. Be assured, for truly He is your fire by night and your cloud by day.

I see the Lion of Judah roaring with fierce vengeance over the injustices that His people have experienced. He is moving on the scene, and He is setting the wrongs right. Your Vindicator is working in radical ways in your defense, even as you’ve stayed humble and allowed Him to fight your battles. For truly He gives grace to the humble, but resists the proud (James 4:6).

Instead of your shame you will receive a double portion, and instead of disgrace you will rejoice in your inheritance. And so you will inherit a double portion in your land, and everlasting joy will be yours (Isaiah 61:7).

God is promoting many in this season. He’s giving them double honor where they have experienced shame (Isaiah 61:7). Rapid change and acceleration are upon us, as there will be many ‘suddenlies,’ promotions, and open doors of favor that spring forth in this new season. Keep your eyes on Him, and follow the Lord’s leading. He is with you in the great unknown, and He is preparing a table of blessings and feasting before you in the very presence of your enemies (Psalm 23:5).

The Lord is bringing joy where there has been mourning, giving you beauty for your ashes (Isaiah 61:3). As it is written in the Psalms, He will make you strong, anointing you with the finest oil (Psalm 92:10). Watch now, as your Vindicator does a new thing in your life!

I Am Sending the Rain!

You, O God, sent the reviving rain upon your weary inheritance, showers of blessing to refresh it. | Psalm 68:9 (TPT)

Upon waking up this morning, I felt the sweet and tangible presence of the Lord so strongly that all I could do was weep and worship Him. I was immediately reminded of the Psalms, where it is written, “I long to drink of you, O God, drinking deeply from the streams of pleasure flowing from your presence. My longings overwhelm me for more of you” (Psalm 42:1). I then felt the Lord’s heart of encouragement for His Bride:

I sense Him saying today, “I am sending the rain! The rain of My presence will refresh and revive you. The fire has burned so hot that many of My children have felt little to no strength to move forward; the adversity and seemingly constant onslaught has been intense and pressing. They have felt as though they’ve taken steps forward only to be pushed back again. However, know that it is I who changes the times and seasons. This day I have opened the gates in the spirit realm, and you are passing through!

I will go before you
and will level the mountains;
I will break down gates of bronze
and cut through bars of iron (Isaiah 45:2).

“The prison bars that the enemy has sought to confine you in are swinging wide open, and you are coming out! As it is written in the Book of Isaiah, ‘The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners’” (Isaiah 61:1).

“My Beloved, today I place My signet ring and robe of authority upon you. I say to you well done, My good and faithful servant. You have endured much testing and have come forth pure, even as gold is tried by fire (Job 23:10). You shall now burst forth as a light in the darkness, and you will be one to offer hope to the hopeless.”

In the spirit I saw a battle field with many wounded saints who were laying down their swords. They were bleeding and bruised from all that the enemy had brought against them. Then I saw these burning ones—the ones filled with light—come and release life and hope to the ones who had fallen. Suddenly, the wounded’s strength and vigor were renewed, and they picked upon their swords once again—arising with a fierce fire of determination in their eyes.

I believe that the Lord is saying, “I am calling you to offer My hope to the hopeless ones. For freely you have received, now freely give (Matthew 10:8). You have entered into a kairos season, where you will see prophetic words come to pass that you have been contending for over the years. It’s your time and it’s your season,” declares the Lord!

Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you (Isaiah 60:1).

An Invitation to Linger in His Presence: He Alone Is Your Safe Place!

I stand silently to listen for the one I love, waiting as long as it takes for the Lord to rescue me. For God alone has become my Savior. He alone is my safe place; his wrap-around presence always protects me. For he is my champion defender; there’s no risk of failure with God. So why would I let worry paralyze me, even when troubles multiply around me? | Psalm 62:1-2 (TPT).

I sense that the Lord is sending out an invitation for His Bride to linger in His presence. There are many distractions and worries attempting to hinder your time with Him—keeping you from the secret place—but it is here in that quiet place when you linger with Him that your joy and strength will be renewed.

In Song of Songs, Solomon writes about catching the foxes that spoil the blooming vineyards (Song of Songs 2:15). Do not allow the little foxes to spoil or hinder your time with your Bridegroom. Even as Mary chose the better thing and spent time at the feet of Jesus, you will find that as you spend time with your Savior, the pressure of the ‘urgent’ will fade away and soon become very insignificant.

Many are feeling the intense swirling of distractions and opposition, however, the Lord is working mightily behind the scenes in your life. There are surprises and ‘suddenlies’ in store for those who have remained faithful, even during the extreme times of adversity and drought. In the spirit, I see a cloud the size of a man’s hand (1 Kings 18:44). Where you have seen little to no movement, now things will begin to shift rapidly. The rain of the Lord’s blessings are getting ready to be poured out among His people!

Beloved, cast not away your confidence, nor get weary in well doing. Truly your season of reaping is closer than you realize; it’s right there at the door. Continue to linger in the Savior’s presence and be at peace. He is working all things together for your good. Rejoice, for the best is yet to come!

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28).

A Call to Deeper Intimacy: He Is with You in the Quiet Place

This is what the Sovereign Lord, the Holy One of Israel, says: “In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength …” | Isaiah 30:15

Many may be feeling somewhat restless and discouraged, as they have found themselves in a quiet and still season. However, I believe that the Lord’s heart of encouragement would say to you, “Do not fear the stillness, for I am here.” There is an invitation from the Lord to go deeper in your walk with Him during this time. Press into Him as you wait in the secret place. The Lord is wooing His Bride to a place of intimacy as they sit still before Him. Be encouraged, for there are greater measures of His glory and presence to be encountered as you linger with the Bridegroom.

Deep calls to deep at the noise of your waterfalls.
All your waves and your billows have swept over me (Psalm 42:7).

God wants to encourage you today, saying, “Do not fear the silence, Beloved. I have not left you. I am here, as it is written in My Word, ‘You shall seek me, and find me, when you shall search for me with all your heart’ (Jeremiah 29:13).”

Do not confuse your quiet season as a time of discipline; the opposite is true! Truly the Lord is working mightily beneath the surface and behind the scenes of your life. He is recalibrating many and changing the landscaping of your life. The clouds are clearing, and I see a beautiful new scenery emerging. New life is blooming from what had seemingly been a desert place. You will be found coming up our of the wilderness, leaning heavily on your Beloved (Song of Songs 8:5).

The Lord is jealous for His Bride, and He is relentless in His pursuit of her. In His goodness, He is stirring a holy hunger within you, using this quiet season to draw you nearer to Him. Greater revelation will be released upon you, as you spend time with the Lover of your soul. The Lord desires to share with you the secrets of His heart, for He calls you friend.

“I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you” (John 15:15).

God is leading you beside the still waters. Truly He is with you, and He will never leave your side.

He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the paths of righteousness
for his name’s sake (Psalm 23:2).

An Increase in Governmental Authority

Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David’s throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this. | Isaiah 9:7

I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying today, “There is an increase in governmental authority that I am releasing in this hour. I am bestowing mantles of great influence upon My sons and daughters who have been found faithful; I am releasing keys that will unlock and solve complex problems of this season in which you are currently in,” declares the Lord. “As it is recorded in Isaiah 22:22, ‘I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.’

“I am raising up My fearless ones in this hour; they are change agents and forerunners. Like David, these ones have been trained and prepared during their seasons of hardness and wilderness. Yet all the while, I have been grooming and equipping them to carry the ‘more.’ I am bringing them to the forefront for such a time as this. Truly their seasons of testing and adversity have not been in vain, for now they are now being restored to double!

“I will place a mantle of leadership on the forerunners. They will have an anointing even in the secular world and media, as they will arise and have great influence. They will be a shining light in the darkness, even in area of governmental authority,” says the Lord.

See, today I appoint you over nations and kingdoms to uproot and tear down, to destroy and overthrow, to build and to plant (Jeremiah 1:10).

“I, the Lord, build up and tear down. I am tearing down some ungodly foundations and structures—rebuilding and reestablishing My Kingdom. I will use some of the most unlikely people; the nameless and faceless ones—even those whom the world has rejected and despised—will be the ones I bring to the forefront. For indeed, I use the foolish things of the world to shame the wise (1 Corinthians 1:27).

“Fear not the shaking and transition,” says the Lord, “though times of great change and reformation are upon us. Be rest assured in the Lord of Hosts, for it is written, ‘The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it’ (John 1:5). I am on My throne, and I am sovereign,” declares the Lord. “I am in control!”

“Why do the nations conspire and the people plot in vain? Surely My purposes will come to pass. My Spirit is hovering, even now. Watch, as I am bringing revival! I am bringing a refreshing and an outpouring of My Spirit to a dry and weary land. I am fanning the flame, and I am bringing new life to the desert places,” says the Great I AM.

See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the wilderness
and streams in the wasteland (Isaiah 43:19).

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land (2 Chronicles 7:14).

A Deeper Level of Trust and Surrender

The Lord is calling His Bride into a deeper level of trust and surrender in this hour. Many are in that uncomfortable place of transition and the unfamiliar. However, be encouraged: the Lord is with you, and He is mighty in your midst!

The LORD your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing (Zephaniah 3:17).

It is imperative to apply Proverbs 3:5 to our lives during this season. We must trust in the Lord with all of our heart, leaning not on our own understanding. As we do, He will be faithful to direct our paths.

There is rapid movement and advancement taking place right now. Many will suddenly be launched, as doors simultaneously begin to open. All the while, I sense the Lord saying, “Stay in an attitude and posture of humility. Guard your heart, for out of it flows the issues of life.” Guard your time in the secret place, and continue to make the Lord your number one priority. As you continue to seek Him first, all of these other things will fall into place (Matthew 6:33).

Perseverance While Under Fire

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. | Isaiah 43:2

Many have been feeling the intensity of the heavy onslaught and warfare that is taking place. However, be encouraged: the Lord is about to reward the perseverance that you carried even as you walked through the fiery trials. As it is written in Isaiah 43:2, “When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.” The truth is that the Lord, Himself, is shielding and protecting you. You are going to come out completely unscathed, with nothing missing and nothing broken.

The Lord is going to give you double for your trouble, even as He did for His servant, Job (Job 42:10). Though these fiery trials have been difficult, know that the Lord has been strengthening your resolve. The enemy has sought to destroy and overwhelm you in this season, but he has not been able to succeed. Instead, the Lord has been allowing you to persevere, even while you were under fire. God is working all things together for your good, and He is using this season to strengthen and refine you.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28).

I hear the Father declaring, “Help is on the way! It is not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,” says the Lord of Hosts (Zechariah 4:6). Continue to praise Him through the storm, and know that this heaviness will soon lift. Very quickly you will experience a new joy and freedom in abundance! Truly our God will turn your mourning into dancing and give you a new song to sing (Psalm 30:11; Psalm 91:1).

Your praise is a powerful weapon against the enemy, and it will cause the very atmosphere to shift. Watch, for you shall overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of your testimony (Revelation 12:11). Stand firm and be encouraged today, because the Lord is mighty in your midst. He is bringing you through with a high and uplifted hand, for truly Our God is great in battle.

Your hand will be lifted up in triumph over your enemies, and all your foes will be destroyed (Micah 5:9).

In Training for Ruling and Reigning

Hello, everyone! This is a word that was written by my husband, Jeff. We felt led to share it with you all today. I hope that it encourages you greatly! -Angie

Praise be to the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle. | Psalm 144:1

I felt the Lord say today, “Don’t despise the hardness and kickback that you are feeling from the enemy; these trials are training you for ruling and reigning!”

In the sport of boxing, there is great emphasis on personal training, resistance training, and delivering quick boxing blows all the while being light on your feet. However, what puts the best boxers at the top of their game is their quick ability to read and learn the moves and strategies of their opponent. The elite always know their opponent’s limitations and weaknesses. They will then implement certain strategies to gain the upper edge, thus emerging as the victor. So it is in the spirit realm!

Are you in a battle that you have never been in before? Have you been crying out to God to save you and to remove this burden from you? Is it possible that the Lord is training you to look at this situation from a new angle?

The best Army Generals know that to win a battle, you take the battle to the enemy. They are on the offense, they are aggressive, and most of all, they are well informed. You see, before any battle, there has been much scouting and studying of the enemy’s camp, tactics, and resources. The best Army Generals learn of the enemy’s weaknesses and will then use that to their advantage, often implementing the element of surprise. He cuts off the supply chain, diverts their attention, and disrupts their lines of communication; He takes over key military positions and strategic vantage points, leaving the enemy in confusion and fear of his impending doom. Ultimately, complete surrender or annihilation is the final result.

Whether we like it or not, the enemy of our souls is studying us, watching us, looking for ways to disrupt your spiritual supply chain from your Heavenly Father. This enemy is looking for ways to take over key military positions in your life, such as stealing your peace. This enemy is looking to take over strategic vantage points in your mind so that you will speak words of lack and death rather than words of abundance and life. This enemy is looking to disrupt your lines of communication with our Heavenly Father by placing distractions in front of you to rob you of your time and energy. Before you know it, you start to get tunnel vision, believing, “This day was just like yesterday and the day before, and the day before that.” You settle for surrender; a life of mediocrity begins to look more and more appealing.

The best Army Generals eliminate all distractions; they have trained themselves to be very focused. So it is with us! Do you find yourself getting frustrated and losing your peace? Get focused, find the source, and set up healthy boundaries to preserve your peace. Eliminate toxic people from your life. Are you tempted to let negative words and ‘death talk’ proceed from your mouth? See this as a challenge for yourself to be intentional and speak life! Even if it sounds weird or feels strange at first, be intentional; train yourself to speak life.

The best Army Generals didn’t become the best because they were born to be the best. No! The best Army Generals became the best because they were intentional on becoming the best. In spiritual warfare, the best Generals strengthen themselves in the Lord and also strengthen their weaknesses. They become focused on the goal or task, and eliminate their distractions; they become intentional to take the battle of the enemy, rather than to wait for the battle to come to them. These ones have learned the tactics and strategies of the enemy and have taken the necessary measures to defend themselves accordingly in order to preserve their peace and carry out their God-given assignment.

God has called you to be the best you that you can be. Each one of us has a crucial role to play in the Kingdom of God. As it is written in the Word, “Christ is the head of the body” (Colossians 1:18) and “we are the body” (1 Corinthians 12:27). Each one of us is part of a bigger picture, more grand than we can imagine! Big or small, you are needed to play your part. It is time for us to be Army Generals in the Kingdom of God!

Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17), raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 2:6). If we endure, we will also reign with him (2 Timothy 2:12).

The Fragrance of His Presence Is Being Released

His splendor will be like an olive tree, his fragrance like a cedar of Lebanon. People will dwell again in his shade; they will flourish like the grain, they will blossom like the vine—Israel’s fame will be like the wine of Lebanon. | Hosea 14:6-7

There is a sweet fragrance that is being released from the fully surrendered lovers of God who have lingered in His presence. These ones have been like Mary: content to sit at the feet of Jesus and have chosen the better thing, which will not be taken away from them (Luke 10:42). Like grapes, these people have endured much crushing and pruning, yet there is now a sweet fragrance that’s being released from their lives. Just as when a grape is being put in the wine press, the sweet juice is released after the crushing.

Be encouraged, for harvest time has come! The pain and crushing that you have endured has not been in vain. Truly your time of harvest is at hand. I see a massive tree that is heavy laden with fruit. Others will come and partake of the ripe and luscious fruit, reaping where you have faithfully sown.

All that you have endured is now being rewarded. The many tears you have cried are producing a great harvest of joy (Psalm 126:5). The long winter season is finally over, and spring has come!

 See! The winter is past;
the rains are over and gone (Song of Songs 2:11).

The sweet fragrance that is now being released from you is precious and costly. Others will catch the scent and know that you’ve been in the presence of the King; they will know that you have been brought to the forefront for such a time as this. Steward well all that God is releasing through you and stay humble, for your time of promotion is at hand.

They will be like a tree planted by the water
that sends out its roots by the stream.
It does not fear when heat comes;
    its leaves are always green.
It has no worries in a year of drought
and never fails to bear fruit (Jeremiah 17:8).

Supernatural Advancement and Acceleration in the Month of May!

The Lord is putting many on the fast track during the month of May, accelerating them at a supernatural pace! What has taken some years to attain will seem like only moments to you, as God launches you forward. Like Joseph—when he went from the jail cell to the palace—there will be some who experience an overnight turnaround. Things will happen fast, as it is written in scripture:

“‘Yes indeed, it won’t be long now’ . . . ‘Things are going to happen so fast your head will swim, one thing fast on the heels of the other. Everything will be happening at once—and everywhere you look, blessings! Blessings like wine pouring off the mountains and hills. I’ll make everything right again for my people’” (Amos 9:13-15 MSG).

Stay at peace during this time of rapid acceleration and advancement, and know that the Lord is already going ahead of you and preparing a way (Deuteronomy 31:8). You will be amazed at the places that He takes you, as you will testify that promotion doesn’t come from the east or west, but only from the Lord of Hosts (Psalm 75:6).

The Sword That Cuts Will Be the Sword That Heals!

He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. | John 15:2

Many have experienced such an intense season of pruning that it has left them with a feeling of tremendous loss and sadness, but I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying, “The very sword that cuts will be the sword that heals!”

There are times when a doctor will cauterize a wound. This is a gruesome process of sealing the wound to stop the bleeding. It can be a painful process, but the result brings healing. Many have been walking around with open wounds for an extended period. The Lord is the Master Physician, and in His goodness and wisdom, He is cauterizing the wound so that it will be sealed and will never again cause you pain! The Lord has been dealing with woundings of the soul and has been doing a deep work in the hearts of His people. He is breaking the chains that have once held you in bondage.

Whom the son sets free shall be free indeed (John 8:36).

What has looked and felt like such loss the Lord is going to turn to gain. As you have allowed Him to do the painful but necessary work in you and have trusted the process even when you have not understood, you are now going to soar to new heights with Him. You will leap over the very obstacles that have once been used by the enemy to cause you to stumble greatly. As it is written, “With your help I can advance against a troop; with my God I can scale a wall” (Psalm 18:29).

There are generation change agents that the Lord is bringing out of hiding. These are the ones who have fought and won battles on their knees through many tears and intercession. They, through much travail, have entered through the narrow gate and the Lord is now bringing them to the forefront. What they have done in secret will be rewarded openly (Matthew 6:4). They have continuously and bravely said yes to the call, even though it has seemingly cost them dearly.

Be encouraged, forerunners; where many have misunderstood you and even spoke out against you, God has seen your heart. He is going to restore your honor and bless you beyond what you can imagine! Just as it is written, “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived the things God has prepared for those who love him” (1 Corinthians 2:9).

“And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or fields for my sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life” (Matthew 19:29).

Do not listen to the lies or taunts of the enemy that seeks to tell you that you’re going backward. The very opposite is true; God is now catapulting you forward! You are going to soar to new heights with Him. The intense amount of pruning that you have endured is going to yield a massive harvest in your life. You will be a shade tree to many; they will partake of your fruit and find shelter under your branches.

The Lord will guide you always;
he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land
    and will strengthen your frame.
You will be like a well-watered garden,
like a spring whose waters never fail.
Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins
    and will raise up the age-old foundations;
you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls,
Restorer of Streets with Dwellings (Isaiah 58:11-12).

“Stop Carrying What I Never Intended for You to Carry!”

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverancethe race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. | Hebrews 12:1-2

Cast Your Cares Upon Him

Just recently, I was carrying an armload of things down to my basement. As I was trying to keep everything in my arms, I accidentally dropped an item, and it fell to the floor with a loud thud. This was the second time that it had happened in the span of a couple days. Somewhat exasperated, I prayed, “Lord, help me carry all of this!” His answer somewhat surprised me, as I sense Him say, “Daughter, stop carrying what I never intended you to carry.”

I paused in my tracks, as I sensed a download from Papa God coming to my spirit. Now, I knew that the Lord was not literally telling me to stop carrying the particular items that I had in my arms. But at that particular moment, I recognized that the Lord was highlighting to me that I had been carrying more than I could handle, and that’s why I was dropping things. This picture was symbolic of what I had also been feeling spiritually and emotionally.

Often times the enemy will try to weigh us down with heavy loads so that we become distracted, especially as we are awaiting for answers to ongoing prayers and breakthrough. We may find ourselves unnecessarily, and even subconsciously, trying to carry these burdens that Jesus never intended for us to carry. However, we are told in the Word that His yolk is easy, and His burden is light (Matthew 11:30). The Lord instructs us to cast every worry onto Him, because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). The Bible also tells us not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present our requests to God. “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” (Phillipians 4:6-7).

Peace is a powerful weapon against the enemy. I sense that we are in a season where the Lord is equipping His Bride to hold her peace, regardless of how things may appear in the natural realm. The truth is that we are more than conquerors through Jesus Christ (Romans 8:37). He is our good Shepherd. Be confident that He is leading us beside the still waters, even amidst the turmoil that is taking place in the world.

The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,
he leads me beside quiet waters,
he refreshes my soul (Psalm 23:1-3)

Run Your Own Race!

While I was recently praying with a dear friend and intercessor, she spoke on the importance of keeping our blinders on. When a horse races, the jockey puts blinders over its eyes so that the horse does not become distracted. The blinders allow the horse to stay focused on the path that is straight ahead. I truly believe that the Lord is saying in this season, “Do not listen to the voices all around you. Put your blinders on, and keep running your race!”

“Do not look to the left or right, but keep your eyes focused on Me alone,” says the Lord. Do not worry about the thoughts and opinions of others, nor whether or not they may approve of you. Stay focused on what God has called you to do, and keep moving forward!

God is calling out and raising up many Forerunners and Pioneers in this hour. There will be those who don’t support you, simply because they do not understand the unique call that the Lord has placed on your life. Beloved, do not worry about these things, for truly your Papa’s heart is for you! I believe that the Lord would say today, “Pioneer, keep pressing on. Generations are counting on you; they will come behind and reap where you have faithfully sown and toiled. You are making a difference in both this life and throughout eternity, and all of heaven is cheering you on. I am raising you up for such a time as this.”

As we lay down the burdens that the Lord never intended for us to carry in the first place, we will be open to carry all of the good that He has in store for us. Be encouraged! It is truly a great season, and you are now free to hold the ‘more’ that’s going to be released to you as you stand open handed before Him.
